Owner has added another bedroom with 2 queen beds for the 2024 season! This place is perfect for large groups that want to spread out! Located right on the beach for easy access to the water. Large open spaced floor plan Kitchen Living Room areas with windows facing beach. Adequate seating in Kitchen for large groups to gather and hang out, play cards or eat the fresh catch of the day. Smart T.V.'s in Living Room and in all Bedrooms. Take a look at the pictures and see oudoor area on the top level, perfect for sitting around with family and friends either in the screened in area or out of the porch facing the beach, they also have a outdoor shower for rinsing off when coming in from a long day at beach. On the mid-level there is an outdoor kitchen with all the boiling pot setups, propane BBQ pit and picnic tables to enjoy for great views of the Gulf of Mexico. Nearest golf cart crossover path is #5.4 Boudreaux Lane. (As of 7/22/24 the crossover is at Blackberry due to construction)

My family and I absolutely loved this place! Perfect size for us! The camp was absolutely beautiful and looked just like the pictures but better! Loved the lower level kitchen and eating area ate out there every night! Loved waking up and sitting on the balconies sipping coffee and feeling the ocean breeze watching the sun rise and the shrimp boats doing their thing! Absolutely peaceful and just what we needed!!
