Bottoms Up - Bay View - Island Realty

Bottoms up has a had a face lift!  Check out the new photos posted for 2024 rental season.  Bottoms up located before the Grand Isle bridge on the bay. The camp has direct boat access to the bay.  Less than 1 mile from Bridgeside marina. There are 4 bedrooms, 2 baths, with a total of 8 beds that includes one twin bunk bet set and one full bunk set in BR 3 & BR 4.  Large covered deck upstairs overlooking the bay. Plenty of room downstairs for hanging out, boiling seafood, and barbequing. Water Depth is very dependent on the wind and time of the year which would affect the parking of boats on pier or along bulkheaded area. Water dept fluctuates from 1' to 2 1/2' depending on tide and wind direction. Streaming television in Living Room only. 

Note: Island Realty has no control over the Grand Isle Restoration project which may cause parts of the beach or crossover closings from time to time.  The project as it is funded and overseen by USACE.

Perfect fishing getaway
Beautiful house and great location for a relaxing getaway for our family and in-laws. Perfect sunsets!!! Water was very low in the evenings, but managable with patience and trolling motor to get back to the dock with the boat. Boat can be launched a few places down or at one of the marinas on the island. Enjoyable for all ages.

Awesome Camp
Worth every penny for the stay!!! Beautiful camp, great location, and description of amenities was spot on. The only thing missing was a roll of paper towels but I brought a roll in case so I was prepared and didn’t bother calling for any. I wish I could have rented it for a month!!

Everything we could have wanted!!!
This was a family trip inclusive of some that had never been to Louisiana. We were incredibly please with the property and what it had to offer. The sunsets were gorgeous and being able to catch them from the balcony was an added bonus. We had easy boat access, although you definitely have to pay attention to the tide. The house was super clean. The kitchen was well stocked and the furnishing were nice and comfortable. I would definitely stay at Bottoms Up in the future! Great experience. The only negative was that at night one side of the house was hot, while the other side was freezing. I think an adjustment is needed to balance out the A/C flow.
