You will experience fun and sight seeing at our furnished vacation rental in this beautiful beach town with water views, waterfront properties to see and walk to downtown Grand Haven! This place is YOUR retreat, and holiday weekend adventure. Explore local festivals and walk along the boardwalk and pier of Lake Michigan. Don't miss the lively musical fountain show in the evenings!

7 minute walk to downtown shops, bakery, ice cream, restaurants and post office.
Lake Michigan access, and a short 30 minute stroll to Grand Haven State Park for beachfront fun! Spend the day fishing on charter boats!

Portside Condominium is next to Wharf Marina and Yacht Club in Ottawa County. Near the Grand River Boardwalk. Go shopping in Spring Lake, or places nearby in
Norton Shores, Ferrysburg, Nunica, Fruitport, Holland, and Coopersville.

BEDROOMS:
3 Bedrooms, 4 Bathrooms.
Master bedroom has a queen bed with attached full bathroom (shower only).
Master bedroom has USB ports in the nightstand for charging your cell phone, as well as the living room side tables.
Second bedroom has a queen bed and full bathroom (bathtub and shower combo).
Third bedroom has loveseat (pull out couch, two-seater) and full bathroom (bathtub and shower combo). Located on ground floor.
2 bedrooms and 2 full baths on third floor.
1 bedroom and 1 full bathroom located on ground floor.
Portable Crib and Pack ’n play available.
All bedrooms have Smart TV’s and Alexa.
Bed and Bath linens provided.
Sleeps 6 adults.

Two nearby kid playgrounds, only a 3 minute walk. Our son enjoys the accessible swing seat.

20 minute walking, or 3 minute car ride to Imagination Station on Mulligan Drive. This wonderful place offers a parking lot if you want to drive. A huge outdoor playground for children with swings, slides, and an open field.
Craigs Cruisers bumper cars, DEFY indoor playground and Michigan's Adventure in Muskegon.
Visit the Ottawa County Parks Nature Center in West Olive.

Very Kid Friendly House
Overall we were very pleased with this house! The toys for kids were a great bonus. Location was nice. Only “complaint” would be there were a few things that weren’t stocked in the house. No hair dryer, wine glasses, and a few other kitchen items we looked for.

Great stay in Grand Haven
We had our best sleep here of any of our various stays in different rentals in Grand Haven. We loved the little south-facing balcony, enclosed garage, option to take a bath as well as a shower, and the lovely kitchen. We were very comfortable and happy and had easy access to Grand Haven.

My wife, daughter and I came up for a wedding. The place was very clean, had toys for my 2 year to play with which made it very kid friendly. Location was perfect! It was very close to everything I needed, and very close to the boardwalk/downtown area. The host was so kind and was great with communication if I had any questions. My wife and I agreed we will return and stay here again.

Initially, we were disappointed that the bathrooms were not clean and the floors throughout the home were not either. But after this information to the owner, they quickly had the cleaning crew back to clean the bathrooms. Due to it being a tri level unit, it’s important to note that the upstairs bedroom areas are extremely warm if you don’t run the lower level air on full blast. They might need to close vents in the lower level so that air is pushed upstairs more efficiently? Finally, the checkout process was not clear so perhaps requesting that an email be sent the night before check out to ensure that you’ve covered all bases would be helpful. Overall, it was a very nice unit and the owner was very responsive! We knew the location was not right downtown but it was a quick walk for us to get there.

Beautiful property, convenient location
Overall our stay was great! The location is super close to downtown. We were able to walk to the farmer's market and the downtown area easily. It is on a busy street, but the convenience makes up for that. All the necessities were provided so we could settle right in. Comfortable beds and furniture made relaxing after a busy day easy. The garage is not very deep, so we couldn't park our truck in there, but there was parking provided behind the other set of condos. The host was very quick to confirm we had the right place. Great place!

Perfect retreat at a comfortable place!
The property is exactly as described and very comfortable! We really enjoyed our time here and would stay again. Very close and easy walk to downtown Grand Haven and super easy access. The garage was a bonus that you don’t normally see and nice while it was raining. Everything made it easy to relax and really enjoy yourself!
