Stunning 3 Bedroom Condo - View the 3D Tour - Family Friendly, Bikes Included

Stay near the shore of Michigan’s gold coast in a community with great restaurants, shopping, parks and one of the top 10 fresh water beaches in the country.  In 2013, Grand Haven was given the title of safest mid-sized metro area in the U.S.  Portside Quarters gives you all that and more.  Located just a short walk from the Farmers Market, parks, beaches, downtown and right next to the Grand Haven Yacht Club and The Wharf Marina. This 1,750 square foot, three bedroom and 3.5 bath condo will provide you and your family all the amenities you are looking for.

The home is fully furnished, has a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, and a full size washer and dryer next to the bedrooms.  We will provide you with fresh towels (bath and beach), linens, and an assortment of kitchen staples.

BEDROOMS:
The master bedroom has a king bed with an en-suite bathroom.  
The second bedroom upstairs has a queen bed and a shared full bathroom.   
The third bedroom has a twin over full bunk bed with a shared full bathroom.   
There is a full size sofa bed in the family room.


ENTERTAINMENT:
The family room television is a 65" Samsung with an AppleTv providing access to entertainment through Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, and YouTube TV, etc. apps.
There are family oriented DVDs, 400+ digital movie library, and board games for your enjoyment.
Enjoy the four Apple HomePod with Apple Music providing access to 45 million songs.  
The master bedroom has a 55" Samsung television also with an AppleTv.
In short, all of bedrooms have televisions with AppleTV.

**Each of the bikes has an Apple AirTag to assist with recovery if the bikes are stolen or lost. We do not track your use of the bikes or your location. Your use of the bikes is with the understanding that the AirTag device is present and you will refrain from disabling or tampering with them.

SECURITY (VIDEO DEVICES):
There are video doorbells at the condo as well as a video garage door keypad. These are for security purposes only and intended to protect the property and the contents when unoccupied. There are no cameras inside the residential portion of the condo.

LOCATION:
You'll be able walk or ride a bike along the boardwalk the 1 mile to Lake Michigan without ever having to cross a street.

It's 3 short blocks (¼ mile) to downtown where you'll find....

Perfect Place to Stay
My family has been visiting Grand Haven for 10 years. This was our 9th Mother’s Day spent in this wonderful city. This is our favorite place that we’ve stayed in so far. It was absolutely perfect! We loved how organized and clean it was. The location is great. We even were able to use the bikes to ride around in town.

Great space and even better hosts. Easy walk to Grand Haven main-street or a quick drive to Hoffmaster State Park. We didn't take advantage of the bikes, but they would be a great way to get to the beach in the summer.

Annual Soccer in the Sand Trip
We had a great stay at Portside Quarters. The rental was very clean and beautifully decorated. The beds were comfortable and there was ample space. Having the bikes and beach chairs was a wonderful addition making it easy for us to get to the beach and back without having to deal with the traffic. Communication was excellent and every aspect of the stay was seamless right down to QR codes making things like joining the wifi and checking the check out instructions simple and straight forward. I highly recommend staying here.

Perfect place to stay in Grand Haven
My second time at this property and I will come again. It is absolutely perfect. From the high end appliances, high quality comfortable beds, to the smart home technology, it is a fun place to stay. The owner has thought of every detail for a perfect vacation home. It is also in a great location with an easy walk to downtown GH or take one of the like-new condition bikes to the beach. Garage parking for your car and an additional space for a visitor takes all the parking stress away during the busy months.

Home away from home
I have rented several homes through VRBO and the owners of this one may be the easiest we have ever worked with. They had everything set and ready for us to check in and be comfortable for our stay. We were even notified that we could check in early if we wanted. We were a bit intimidated by the smart home features, but seri became a useful tool when needing the weather in the mornings before adventuring for the day. Grand Haven did not disappoint either. This was our second time staying in this lovely town and highly recommend.

Property was one of the best we’ve stayed at. The attention to detail was so appreciated. Chargers in every room, Alexa’s for the kids to use, updates galore. Very clean, so user friendly! Garage stacked with bikes, beach gear, and other useful vacation oriented items. Beds are super comfortable, all lines pristine. Home was a 5 minute drive to the beach and 7 minute walk to downtown. This property exceeded any and all of our expectations! It was meticulously clean, beautifully decorated and well stocked with items that I wouldn't expect in a rental. The location was perfect for all of the activities that we wanted to do. Communication with Tom and Kelly was excellent and they went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had the best experience in Grand Haven! First class experience!
This place literally looks just like the pictures. In fact it’s even nicer in person than in the pictures. All of the beds were uber comfortable and everybody slept well. The house is stuffed with plenty of condiments to get you going, little toiletry supplies, some coffee, etc. FYI it is a drip coffee maker if you are planning on bringing your own coffee. filters are provided. The best part might be the bikes! I wasn’t sure we were even going to use them but we use them every day and they were fabulous! It was so nice to be able to just hop on the bike and cruise to the downtown. Honestly the bikes alone would make me want to rent this condo again. Great communication with the owner before hand and during. Hoping to stay again!

Perfect location-lovely home away from home!
I rented this condo with 4 other professional women, visiting Grand Haven for a long weekend. Let me start by saying the most obvious. The condo is in a perfect location, is just as in the pictures with minor updates in decor, the decor is impeccable, and the cleanliness is next level! Everything was just as described, well stocked and has all the amenities you’ll need for most situations. As well, everything was in working order and honestly, I can’t think of anything else to add except more detailed things that sets this apart from other properties. The “smart” amenities are superb! Great addition but do make sure you’re respectful in taking advantage of the nicely bound spiral notebook the owner has laid out for you to read on how to utilize these features, especially if you aren’t familiar with them. There’s been great care taken to help navigate the home, so we made sure to use this. The booklet also helps you make best use of your time in Grand Haven with a touch of local points and tips. Additional things that are amazing: The beds and pillows are comfy, a must for me. Sheets and blankets are plush! The water has PLENTY of pressure for showers, even if 2 are taken at once! The owners are generous with providing chairs, towels, AND bikes for a beach trip that’s just a mile up the road. The owner answers questions very quickly and is quite attentive. On top of all of this, even the surrounding renters were fun to talk to! Will stay again when in Grand Haven!

Spring Lake wedding
Very clean, spacious, modern condo in a quiet area of Grand Haven. Attending my son’s wedding with godparents, perfect location for wedding activities in Grand Haven- so close to everything. Slept like a baby in comfortable beds. Located at the beginning of the bike trail with bikes available for everyone!
