Our freshly updated suites in Grand Haven are located two blocks from the world-famous Grand Haven waterfront and musical fountain. They are a ten-minute stroll along the waterway to a mile of Lake Michigan's sugar-sand beaches. Haven Escape Resort was once featured as the place to stay in Everyday with Rachel Ray, Midwest Living's Best of the Midwest, and Lake Magazine.

Super cute and cozy apartment!
This apartment was perfect for our 3 day getaway to Grand Haven! So cute and cozy and is in the perfect location to walk to downtown shopping, restaurants, and sight seeing! Just a short drive and you’re at the beach! Would’ve definitely given this 5 stars but was lacking a couple common items - there were no trash cans and no microwave. We really wanted to heat up leftovers and so tried the oven but it appeared to be smoking so we turned if off. The parking is a bit tight and would love to see some pretty outdoor landscaping/decor like so many area houses have. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to return.

Nice location, poor property management
Check in is at 4pm, I showed after 4, and the room was not cleaned from previous guests, and a huge hole in the floor from a missing vent. The property manager was called and they said they would get house keeping there. Well they came at 8pm to clean. I asked for a discount from the property manger since I could not use the property to get ready for our party we were attending, he said "not sure what you expect of me man, its coast guard, we are really busy". The toilet seat was broken, there was no trash can anywhere, we went and got a trash bag from a friend. I have reached out to the management company and no response.
