This Condo features 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and plenty of space with over 1600 sq. ft. to enjoy!  Relax on the large deck while taking in the breathtaking views of Lake Michigan.

The kitchen is right off the living room and is equipped with all major appliances, dinnerware, cookware, and utensils.

THE LOCATION
The location is perfect for guests who are looking to be by the beach, but still close to the downtown strip with stores, restaurants, and quaint coffee shops. 

You can walk the boardwalk to downtown with plenty to see on your way. The channel is an ideal spot to sit and relax as you watch the boats go by. Enjoy the weekly Musical Fountain or catch a concert at the Waterfront Stadium.

CANCELLATION POLICY
-100% refund (minus a VRBO service fee) if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
-50% refund (minus a VRBO service fee) if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in.
-No refund if you cancel less than 14 days before the reservation date.

There are no refunds for early departures, reduction of nights rented, or delayed arrivals due to inclement weather or any other factor. Please consider trip insurance to protect your investment.

MANAGEMENT
This property is managed locally by BVW Unsalted Vacations Property Management in Holland, MI. We provide all professionally laundered linens, bath and beach towels, and a starter supply of paper and cleaning products, along with emergency maintenance services.
