"We didn’t hear from the owner on the rental day and were traveling from 2 states away already. I finally sent a message wondering why we hadn’t got any check in information…I was then informed that this rental was being rented out long term!! I had to fully pay the VRBO amount 10 months earlier and now it wasn’t available??!! He said he had another unit elsewhere and would get that ready for us! I was shocked! "The main floor and additional downstairs allowed us to spread out. The kitchen was basic, but allowed us to make a couple of simple meals. I appreciated that the two bedrooms and 1 1/2 baths provided us the space and comfort for our family. The neighborhood is rather rough and the exterior of the building made me pause when we approached, but the inside showed care and was clean."

"So much better than staying at a hotel. We had plenty of room. Easy to check-in and out of here. Appreciated the quiet area. We were there to sleep and were out all day and most of the night for our daughter's graduation. Our host is so nice and checked in with us to make sure all was going well."

This "one bedroom" studio is definitely not 1132 sq ft. It's probably closer to 110 sq ft. Parking is not available every day (scheduled street sweeping prevents it certain days).
