Perfect location
The condo was perfect for our stay. It was in excellent condition and we loved the location. Great beach immediately outside our door and an easy walk to fantastic restaurants. We would highly recommend!

Grand Case paradise
We had a wonderful stay at this apartment location was amazing, walking distance to restaurants and shops in Grand Case, quieter side of the beach, simply perfect for a couple get away. Beach front steps away, covered patio was ideal for breakfast and dinners. Fully stocked kitchen was very appreciated. Can’t wait to come back to this apartment and St Martin

A little piece of heaven
We were welcomed and shown all of the things we needed for our stay. Being right on the beach and just 1/2 mile away or less from restaurants and the LoLos was great! Just a fantastic stay! We felt safe and comfortable and we will be back.

Amazing apartment and location
Well appointed and decorated. The location was super convenient to walk to restaurants, shops and bars. The host was so kind, prompt and helpful. Best of all, the island’s most beautiful beach is right outside the door. We loved it!

The beach…wow
My husband and I had a wonderful stay. Local food and markets all within walking distance. Our only gripe was the close proximity to the busier road out front but the view of the ocean and walking right out to the beach sure does make up for it. The host was very accommodating and always responded quickly to questions. We will definitely be returning!

A Taste of Sint Martin
The accommodations were more fabulous than described. The location was ideal for access to the beautiful Grand Case beach and local fine restaurants. The kitchen was well stocked and made local homecooked meals easy. The amenities were superior and the contact with our host and hostess was exceptional. Definitely a return stay.

Simply lovely
The apartment is wonderful. It is well-equipped, clean, and stylish. The location is unbeatable, right on the beach and close to the best restaurants on the island. Both Aurelie and Sebastien (managers) were helpful and friendly. I highly recommend this property for a relaxing stay.

Traffic is congested on the road outside the apartment and visibility was very poor. Parking lot so small had to work the car to get into our space.

My husband and I had a great week at this rental. The rental was extremely clean. The apartment has everything you need.Great location for food and adventuring out to the rest of the island. Steps from the beach. Aurelie was a great host and quick to answer any questions you have. Relaxing area of Grand Case.

Fantastic property, wonderful hosts
Property was spotless, location on the beach was fantastic, and having the many amazing restaurants of Grand Case close by was very convenient. The property and beach location actually exceeded my expectations, which is a rarity. Keep in mind that with the proximity of this property to town and all that it has to offer comes with a small tradeoff in terms of a little bit of noise from traffic, and from distant thumping bass emitting from the clubs down the beach. All in all though, fantastic stay and would definitely book again.

Listing Just as Described...Perfect!
My husband and I stayed at this property for two weeks and enjoyed our time here. It was very convenient to restaurants, additional beaches and other places to visit. The condo was very clean with all the amenities you need. The view was incredible and perfect. The beach our front of the condo is wonderful if you want to stay in rather than travel to a different beach. However, when you travel around to different beaches there are many to choose from. The air conditioning kept us nice and cool which was a plus. I highly recommend staying at this condo.

Perfect beach unit and location
My wife and I had a great week at this rental unit. Awesome layout for a couples retreat at the beach. Grandcase is such a wonderful town with all kinds of food and shopping options. Beach access is superb to a very nice, semi-private beach system. The patio and door system to the outside on yhe beach side really gives you a great tropical experience and you can taylor what doors you have open or closed to the outside based on your desire. Unit was well stocked with basic cooking amenities and functional. Really just a user friendly property. Property manager was helpful, pleasant and accessible. We plan on renting this unit again some day. It was perfect for what we were looking for. If you get luck enough to book it, enjoy your stay.

Dépasse les attentes
Situé sur une des plus belle et grande plage de l'île (Grand Case) Cet appartement condo décoré goût nous mets dans la " beach " ambiance dès notre arrivée. À proximité à pied de très bons restaurants et commodités, cet endroit fut un lieu de détente sans pareil. Avec un accès direct à la plage, une vue fantastique des eaux turquoises et crystallines de la mer des caraïbes nous avons eu des vacances inoubliables. La plage est sans roches, sans algues et calme. Nous avons fait du snorkeling à tous les matins près du quai avec les tortues et poissons de toutes sortes. Tout était parfait. Aurelie est même venue nous accueillir en personne pour s'assurer qu'on ne manquait de rien et fut disponible tout au long de notre séjour. St-Martin une île magnifique et accueillante. ❤️❤️❤️

The apartment was perfect. It was clean, decorated approximately, and furnished with everything you need just like being home. Aurelie was available, at all times, for any concerns you may have. Best of all, the view from the living room. It's breathtaking. The apartment is located within a walking distance of some of the best French restaurants in Grand Case. We will be back again.

We had a great stay at Adam's apartment! Close enough to all the action that Grand Case has to offer, yet far enough removed so that one is not bothered at all by some of the loud food and beverage establishments. The place is extremely well equipped and tastefully decorated. Highly recommend.

Perfect spot to enjoy Grand Case from
We stayed 3 nights and made it our mission to enjoy a culinary tour of Grand Case. We usually stay on the Dutch side and were so pleased to see how lively this town gets after 6pm. We had the best meals of our entire 2 month trip throughout the Caribbean. This unit was in walking distance to all the top restaurants. On top of that, there a beautiful beach to swim at right off your patio door. Great little kitchen if you choose to cook. The unit was very clean and excellent communication with the property manager. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
