"Variable quality of room servicing. Some towels replaced. Some taken and not replaced. Bath soap dispenser empty but not refilled. Bit of a mixed bag. No consistency. And consistency - the same experience, regardless of who is servicing the room - is the key to a high quality stay."

"This tiny space with an amazing outlook has everything you need for a short stay in the mountains. The main windows in the living area totally open up (and have fly screen) so you can sit at the counter and look out into the bush. Just bear in mind you have to get them closed pretty quickly if it starts raining. The ladder to the loft bed is easy to pull down and stow away.
