The staff were friendly and attentive to my family needs. The breakfast buffet was average, nothing over the top. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I did not realize that the Hotel was pet friendly. The Hotel lobby had a strong chemical smell. I am not sure why. The location was close to restaurants and grocery stores. The swimming pool was dirty and I was disappointed that it was not clean. End of review.

The only thing I didn't like is that we had a staff member on Saturday who didn't want to give me a late checkout for my 3 rooms. I am a platinum member and the hotel wasn't even close to capacity so I am baffled why she told me she could only give me one room until 2:00. She eventually gave in until 3:00 but I have been platinum for a long time - it's one of the reasons i always stay in a Marriott - so I know I should have had all 3 rooms until 4:00. The rest of the staff was great!

It was great to find that we could sleep out whole family in a single room. While there were enough beds, the space between beds and walls were very tight and it felt cramped. Almost unsafe.

A few things that made the stay a bit uncomfortable: no daily housekeeping, the only mirror was in the dimly lit bathroom, window shade was broken, one light didn’t work at all, and the bathroom was in need of a deep cleaning. Also didn’t like that there was a charge for self parking on the property and wasn’t charged through Expedia, I had to pay for it at the hotel.

Breakfast was fantastic. Staff was friendly. The rooms were really nice. There were only a couple of very minor issues. The couch cushions were worn making it a little uncomfortable to sit on. The shower head was set unusually low, so I had to duck under the shower head to rinse off. Nevertheless, it is a great hotel! My family and I will definitely return to stay at Springhill Suites.
