This newly built apartment with private pool stretches over 2 floors. The living area with open kitchen leads to the terrace and the pool. One bedroom with private bath is divided also on the ground floor, a second bedroom with bathroom and dressing is located up the stairs.
The German / Mauritian owners live in another part of the house, but separately at all times, a contact person. Wishes for

Perfect location
Beautiful villa with a stunning private pool surrounded by tropical vegetation. Accomodation very spacious with modern forniture. Annette and Hervé are always kind and helpful.

À entretenir d’avantage
Des hôtes accueillants, arrangeants (organisation de taxi, douche au départ) et de superbes sorties bateaux dans les îlots proches avec Hervé. L’appartement est grand, la piscine est belle (mais à l’ombre l’après-midi) toutefois il nécessite une remise en peinture et surtout un ménage beaucoup plus soigné

Super Urlaub in einer Traumwohnung
Wir waren im Nov. 2023 für 2 Wochen auf Mauritius und können uns den bisherigen Bewertungen nur anschließen, ein Urlaub in Annettes Ferienwohnung ist einfach perfekt. Die Wohnung ist Dank Dora stets sehr sauber, hat alle Utensilien die gebraucht werden, einen traumhaften Pool und liegt zentral, sodass alles fußläufig gut erreichbar ist. Annette steht immer mit Rat und Tat zur Verfügung und der Ausflug in einem schönen Holzboot zu einer wunderschönen Insel mit ihrem netten Mann Hervè war der Knüller und ist ein absolutes Muss. Abseits der Touristen-Massen legt Hervè mit seinem schönen Boot an, es gibt ein sehr leckeres Mittagessen vom Grill, die passenden Getränke und ausreichend Zeit zum Schnorcheln. Fazit: Wenn noch mal Mauritius, dann auf jeden Fall bei Annette.

Das Paradies auf Erden
Wir waren 3 Wochen bei Anette in Ihrem tollen Apartment zu Gast und es war wirklich wie im Paradies! Die Wohnung ist großzügig und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, die Lage ist toll, denn man ist in 8 Minuten zu Fuß im riesigen Supermarkt und in 10 Minuten am Stadtstrand. Wir waren aber lieber in Pereybere, ca. 3,5 km entfernt. Dorthin hat uns Umed, unser supertoller Taxifahrer (natürlich eine Empfehlung von Anette), gerne hingefahren, wie auch sonst überall hin. Wir haben den Mietwagen gleich storniert und sind nur mit Umed gefahren. Anette war unheimlich lieb, sie ist sogar am Tag unserer Ankunft mit uns zum Einkaufen gegangen und hat uns wertvolle Tips gegeben! Super war auch Dora, die Haushilfe, die 3 x die Woche zum Saubermachen kam und regelmäßig die Bettwäsche gewechselt hat. Wir haben den Urlaub auf Mauritius so sehr genossen. Wir kommen gerne wieder, liebe Anette!

Oase in mitten des Trubels ;-)
Wir waren die ersten 10 Tage unserer Reise zu Gast und es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig und modern eingerichtet. Der Pool lädt zum abkühlen ein. Wir haben auch einen Bootsausflug mit dem Mann der Eigentümerin gemacht und hatten viel Spaß dabei.

Maison au top
Nous avons passé des vacances au top, la maison est bien située, très agréable, piscine bien appréciée par les enfants et les plus grands. Hervé et Annette sont très accueillants. On a aussi pu profité d'un moment avec Hervé sur son bateau ! On recommande cette location.

Fantastic experience
Very friendly hosts, the villa is set in beautiful surroundings with a very good size pool. The villa is comfortable and has everything you need. The location is excellent with the shopping centre and supermarket less than a 5 minute walk.

Unvergessene Tage
Wir haben uns bei Anette und Herve sehr wohl gefühlt . Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Es fehlt an nichts egal ob Strandmatte, Schnorchel Ausrüstung oder Regenschirm alles da. Auch sonst hat Anette immer ein offenes Ohr und hilft wenn nötig . Supermarkt und Bäckerei sind zu Fuß ca. 5 min entfernt. Alles in allem war es ein unvergessliches Ergebnis und wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Tres beau cadre au calme
La verdure entoure l’appartement, les oiseaux sont nombreux, c’est vraiment un cadre idyllique. La vue depuis la chambre du haut est très belle: végétation exotique partout. La propriétaire est discrète et très sympathique, répond toujours avec rapidité, c’est rassurant d’avoir les propriétaires non loin sur place. Les enfants aimaient aller rendre visite à leurs tortues. Appartement très lumineux, bien équipé pour la cuisine. Piscine très agréable, et bonne localisation avec les plus belles plages du Nord tout près et le Super U à 5 min à pieds. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir!

Schöne Unterkunft mit super Pool und tropischem Garten. Annette und ihr Mann haben uns sehr freundlich empfangen und waren sehr hilfsbereit. Das Ferienhaus liegt ganz in der Nähe eines Supermarktes, wo man sich bestens versorgen kann. Dieser ist fußläufig in ca. 7-8 Minuten zu erreichen, trotzdem hat das Haus eine sehr ruhige Lage in einer Nebenstraße. Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert!

Ein Traum
Wir durften drei Monate von Dezember bis März im Palmgarten bei Annette und Hèrvé verbringen. Es sind tolle Gastgeber. Mit der lieben Annette hatten wir viele gute Gespräche und haben auch viel über Land und Leute erfahren. Die Wohnung ist top eingerichtet. Auch der Pool, der exklusiv dieser Wohnung zugeordnet ist, ist sehr schön und gepflegt. Dreimal wöchentlich wird von der Putzfee alles wieder gereinigt und in Ordnung gebracht. Trotz der sehr ruhigen Lage ist man zu Fuss in nur fünf, resp. zehn Minuten bei der Bäckerei, dem Supermarkt und im Stadtzentrum. Auch an den Strand ist es nur ein Katzensprung. Wir haben uns rundum wohl und zu Hause gefühlt. Es war einfach wunderschön.......... Nochmals ganz lieben Dank für die tolle Zeit. Jack und Laurette

Schönes Objekt mit netter Vermieterin
Die Fewo war total in Ordnung. Man findet alles vor was man so braucht. Sogar Tauchermaske und Schwimmflossen stehen zur Verfügung. Schöner Pool.

Bei Anreise wurden wir durch die sympatische deutsche Eigentümerin empfangen und für unseren Aufenthalt durch viele gute Tips gebrieft. Die Wohnung ist in gehobener Ausstattung mit moderener Einrichtung und schönen Bädern und entsprach dem Online-Inserat. Das Herzstück war für uns der traumhafte Pool der nur der Wohnung zugeordnet ist. Zu Fuß ist die franz. Backstube in 5 Min. zu erreichen, das in der nähe liegende Einkaufsparadies "Super Ü" in 8-10 Min. Hier können alle Lebensmittel gekauft werden. Stadtzentrum und Strand sind ebenfalls in ca 10. Min zu erreichen. Jederzeit würden wir die Ferienwohnung auch unseren Freunden weiter empfehlen.

Traumhafte Unterkunft mit Pool, ruhig und zentral
Wir waren zu drei Frauen bei Annette und haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist großzügig und stilsicher eingerichtet, der kleine Garten mit dem Pool ist ein Traum - eine echte Oase - exklusiv für die Mieter dieser Wohnung. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut und hat einwandfrei funktioniert und Annette war als Ansprechpartnerin für alle Lebenslagen auf Mauritius immer gut informiert und hilfsbereit. Wir können die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen. Petra

Wer Ruhe und Erholung sucht ist hier genau richtig. Zum Supermarkt sind es nur ein paar Minuten zu Fuß. Die Vermieterin Ist sehr nett und hilft bei Problemen gerne weiter. TOP

Superbes vacances,
18 jours en janvier 2019 dans cet endroit magique. Au centre de Grand Baie, à 5mm à pieds de toutes les commodités et pourtant dans le silence d'une propriété très claire et arboré avec de beaux espaces. Piscine privative à débordement pour des bains répétés en journée. Des propriétaires très sympathiques. Nous voulions réserver pour janvier 2020....déjà complet ! Un signe.
