"The hotel is not a good value for your money. I paid $67 dlls NO internet, NO breakfast, NO complimentary tea, water or coffee. The owners are extremely nice and helpful. However, I expected a little more for the price. I've stayed at a different property that included all the services I mentioned above and paid only $45 dlls. The room is clean and spacious. "This a very nice beach front property. The units are modern and spacious. Staff are very helpful. There are at least 2 good restaurants within 5 minutes walk of the property. "A completely wooden built house just right next to the beach. The lady which manages it is very kind & nice. Not sure why it's reviews are not high. It's one of a unique experience to live in a small wooden house with a kitchen & airconditioner. Definitely recommend staying for 2 days, which is what we did for our 4 days stay in Praslin."

"The location was perfect right next to the beach and a 10 minute walk to supermarkets and a couple of restaurants. Amazing views from our large balcony.
