"This villa is lovely and old and very spacious. The hosts are beyond charming and so helpful. We were able to enjoy being in the country while also being very proximate to cities, towns, wine tasting and other activities, like hilltop hiking. The kitchen was not the most convenient for home cooking for Americans used to a more modern kitchen, but we managed. Our hostess made our first dinner, which was so nice and so delicious. This is an optional add-on. "

It’s walkable to town, but is on a quiet and private property surrounded by olive trees and beautiful views. Matteo was very responsive and easy to work with. The villa easily sleeps 7 adults and it is large with lots of separate rooms so it never feels crowded.It is filled with art and antiques and whimsical things to discover. "Truly the most beautiful place we’ve ever stayed. The Villa looks like something out of Architectural Digest and the surrounding hills and valleys are like a painting. We used the incredible pool every day! Anna (property manager) was a delight. So responsive and helpful and warm. We used Giovanni for a car service while there and he was wonderful too! We hope to be back!"
