"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, with a beautiful garden and plenty of room within the property. There were seven of us and didn't feel on top of each other. There are a few niggles, although I put them into the category of observations and not complaints. The bed in the 'very' large bedroom was very creaky, and is perhaps time for a new mattress. There was damp in the shower room, although it is the end of the season. There were used pots of honey on the dining table that I think should have...

"We have just stayed for a week, perfect location for country walks, dog friendly, lovely warm and well equipped house. "

"14 of us (ages ~30+) stayed here for a weekend for a hen party for one of my friends, we needed a Midlands location that was easily accessible from the centre of town and this house was just what we needed. Rikesh was really helpful and communicative. Although the house was perfect for what we needed, it could do with a little updating and sprucing up."

"Started out disappointed as rented the ENTIRE property. This is not the case - you have shared kitchen with CCTV. Finished disappointed as accused of having child and making a racket. They forgot to check when we left and CCTV cameras - we weren’t even there. As for room - when we arrived heating was not going - they promptly got to fix issue. Room was lovely but hair on bed and floor - not ours! Location is very central- so good "

This is in an ideal location, close to both Beeston Railway Station and Beeston Centre, where frequent trams take you straight into the centre of Nottingham. The room is spacious.
