5-star rental home at Granby Ranch ski area. Check out our 175+ average 5-star reviews between two booking sites. Immediately adjacent to Kicking Horse ski run, making it ideal for families with kids just learning to ski. Come and go from house as needed for breaks or watch them ski down the run from the warmth of the home. Ski home, make lunch and then hit the slopes again! Spend the afternoon in the hot tub or around the fire pit for some Apres-ski. Come evening, fix a perfect dinner in a fully stocked kitchen or grill on the back deck. Home offers full, well-stocked kitchen, full size washer and dryer, one-car attached garage (will fit standard to large size SUV), plus one driveway parking spot, indoor fireplace, comfortable living area, free Wi-Fi, satellite DirecTV, main floor master with attached bath, spacious game room with foosball table plus plenty of room for your family. Dogs are considered for $100 per dog fee, with a maximum of 2 allowed per HOA rules. Guest MUST communicate directly with owner if planning to bring dog(s).

Home is stocked with all necessities for a comfortable stay. Two pack-n-plays and highchair for those traveling with a young one. If you have any specific questions or requests, please ask.

Parking:
Rental of home includes 2 parking spots (attached single car garage and one spot on driveway). If you need parking for more than 2 cars, please let us know and we are happy to provide you with other options.

Heated Community Pool & Spa:
Granby Ranch community pool/spa are available for renter use for $10 fee, per person, per day, payable by renter at the pool desk. Guests under the age of 8 are free. If guest desires to use pool, will need to provide proof of booking (app and address are sufficient) to pool staff. Private hot tub at the house is included in stay and is professionally serviced/cleaned in between each stay.

Neighborhood:
The Tall Timbers Cabin area at Ski Granby Ranch are individually owned, luxury "cabin" homes in and around the Kicking Horse ski lift and run. You can easily ski-in, ski-out via the Kicking Horse run/lift which connects to the main runs of Granby Ranch/Base Camp area

Local Area:
Home is less than one mile by car to base lodge area Granby Ranch. Three miles from McDonald's, Subway, Domino's Pizza, a liquor store, grocery store with pharmacy, and Starbucks. The town of Granby is five miles from the house which offers other local stores, restaurants, banking, and activities. Devil's Thumb Ranch is a short 15-mile drive, Hot Sulphur Springs is 15 miles, Winter Park and Grand Lake are both 20-mile drives. All these areas offer year-round activities such as horse rides, hiking, shopping, dining, golfing, fishing, snowmobiling, skiing, cross country skiing, tubing, and many other tourist activities.

This is the best place we have stayed at Granby! It was a great house that had everything we needed. It was so close to the ski lift and so easy to get to the main lodge. The host was so helpful and responsive to any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again!!

Brad and Rebecca were great to work with. They allowed us to bring our two dogs for a reasonable fee. They answered all of our questions very quickly. Place was clean and very well stocked. Very enjoyable stay.

This house was perfect for our family. We have skiers of all levels and the ski in and ski out was very nice to have. The bedroom setup was great. The hot tub was very nice to have after a ski day. Kitchen was stocked with all the utensils and cookware we needed for our meals. Overall, very nice house with everything we desired for the week.

Amazing Location
This is a beautiful home right on the ski slope. We had a house full, three generations. It is a very well stocked home...plenty of towels and the kitchen has every thing you need. There are games, books and toys for the younger kiddos. The owners and caretaker of the home were in touch and communicated throughout our stay. Would definitely return.

Incredible Stay!
We can’t say enough wonderful things about this place! From the location, to the cleanliness, to the space, everything was exactly what we needed. Our kiddos were able to ski right off the front porch, down to the Kicking Horse lift, then take it up to the top to get down to the main lift. They came in at lunch & didn’t come back till the lifts were closed. The beds were so comfortable & we loved soaking in the hot tub after a long day. The hosts were amazing & communicated so well! They also left so many amenities in the house to use, which we’ve never had at any other VRBO! Definitely our favorite stay in Granby!

We enjoyed Granby Ranch for some good summer mountain fun. The house was perfect for our family, and we enjoyed the beautiful setting, amazingly well stocked kitchen, responsive friendly owners -- just perfectly done. We hope to visit again! Pros: nice sized kitchen and very well stocked, location, comfortable beds + lots of closet space, pet friendly, game room, hot tub, fire pit -- so many places and ways to relax and enjoy the mountains and family time. Cons: I can't think of many! We liked Granby Ranch but it's a little bit of a hike to drive in/out for a dinner out or a quick errand or whatever. The best nights were when we cooked at home (so only a con if you are wanting more of a 'walk to town' type of experience). Wonderful, wonderful hosts!!

Fantastic place for a summer get-away
We really enjoyed our stay at this Granby house. The house was charming and the hosts had added many thoughtful touches to really make the place feel like home. The kitchen was well stocked for all our cooking needs. We enjoyed spending time on the deck as well as on the lower level with the hot tub and fire pit. The toy closet kept the kiddies entertained the entire week! Lots to explore and do in the area as well! We had a great time here.

Thanksgiving getaway
We had such a lovely time! Very clean, tons of space for our family of 5 to spread out. This was the best stocked rental we have ever stayed in, from bandaids to puzzles they hosts provided it all. The location was fantastic, 20 minutes from just about anything you want to do. Rocky Mountain national park, winter park, hot springs,. Would love to come back and check out the granby ranch ski area, since it wasn’t open yet. This house is literally on one of the chairlifts, I would love to sit in the hot tub and watch skiers. Will definitely stay here again

Perfect ski in ski out house
We had 4 adults and 5 kids ranging in age from 6 to 13. This house was perfect. This place is literally next to the lift, you don't get closer. Literally walk out the front door 20 ft, slap on your skis and you are off. The kids tore up the mountain, came in for lunch and back out for the afternoon. I'd hit a few runs, grab a beer by the fire pit, and back out as well. So much fun. Inside, there is plenty of space, comfortable furniture, and a good size open kitchen that has everything we needed to cook. We made meals each night except the last, so we put the kitchen to the test. Bedrooms were clean and a decent size, beds were actually really comfortable. Bathrooms, again were clean and a typical size that worked for us. There was lots of storage although we didn't use it. Downstairs there is a game room. I thought it would get a lot of use but with the hot tub outside, the kids went from mountain to hot tub to bed every night. The fire pit out by the hot tub is a nice touch as well. Being so cold out we only used it during the day when taking a break. The owners provide patio furniture with cushions that you can use to watch people go by on the lift. Pretty neat. Lastly, the garage holds one car and the driveway holds one additional. That worked for us, but if you have more than one car, you'll have to park elsewhere. I believe they have a plan for that. The owners were responsive and super easy to work with. Lastly, the WiFi is good enough that I was able to get in a few conference calls via teams and connect remotely to my work server without any drops. Overall this place hit every mark. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Thanks for letting or group use your vacation home! Andy

Great cozy family home to rent!
Our stay at this property was absolutely wonderful! I will definitely stay here again! We hated to leave. It was VERY clean and super cozy! The host was amazing at giving information and responding! The location of this property was perfect if you were hitting the slopes! You could literally put your skis on and head down the slope for the day! You didn’t have to take a car to base camp if you didn’t want to. The house was well stocked and felt like I was at home! There were many games for the kids to play, which they really enjoyed! Also, the view of the mountain was breathtaking! I would highly recommend this property!
