Ski Granby Ranch Hours of Operation

Ski Granby Ranch has put in so many updates. They are still more affordable than most other Colorado Ski areas.

Rainbow Connection Too is a breezeway and 18 stairs up to the parking lot., make a right and you are headed down the slope to Quickdraw Express lift.


Our condo is 1/2 hour away from Winter Park AND Rocky Mountain National Park . Snow Mountain Ranch is less than 15 minutes away if you want to cross country ski.


WINTER: Skiing, riding, sleigh rides, tubing, sledding, snow shoeing , cross country skiing. Or sitting by the fire reading, putting a puzzle together, playing games, watching TV, sitting in the hot tub. Ski in for Lunch. Well stocked kitchen with slow cooker, coffee pot, kettle and blender.


Take a week and come work remotely.Bring the family. High speed internet helps you stay connected while the family frolics .The location of our unit and hot tub in the master bedroom creates a safe, secure place for your remote learning or work. This is an ideal work/play destination with loads of work-friendly amenities..Work station tables, lights, books , games & puzzles for the kids.

Wedding or other family celebration headquarters. Dining table seats 8. Owner works with other condo owners in the complex so extended family are all close. This is our mountain home.
Sit on the deck and watch the kids play corn hole. Drive up and over Trail Ridge road for more Aspen gold. Horseback riding is close. Come stay and attend a friend's wedding. Invite family for a reunion. Watch the birds at the deck feeders, and wild life. Head out after dark and view the Milky Way.

New double pane Renewal by Anderson windows installed 2022 with beautiful blue pine trim. New living room furniture including a memory foam mattress on the sofa bed (2020). New bedroom furniture and matresses (2021)! Just installed: Murphy bed (July 2022), no more futon. Northern picture windows overlooks the Granby Ranch golf course. Amazing views of Rocky Mountain National Park. with the magnificent Rocky Mountains in the distance. We have kept the Cynthia Rylant "The Relatives Came" feel to the condo. Reminiscent of our own childhood's travels and vacations.

Wonderful access outside, and a beautiful place to stay
Great views, easy to get to anything outside! If you come in the winter, ski-in-ski-out access is a breeze. Summer visitors get quick access to the downhill bike trails, or just a short drive from some of the best hiking in the country!

Very close to chair lift
We could see chair lifts from kitchen window. The condo was clean and felt like we were visiting grandma’s house. I liked the cards with different instructions on the wall. Kitchen had all necessary items and then some. Perfect location.

Excellent Location & set-up
Right by the slope, so worked out great for skiing. Plenty of sleeping space for 4 kids and 2 adults. The hot tub in the place was a nice added bonus. The property was in very good shape and the owners were very nice and helpful. We would recommend this place to our friends. Grandy Ranch is a great ski resort for families with kids.

Rocky Mountain high!
Our family stay Mountainside exceeded our expectations in every way! Ski in/ski out slope side at Granby Ranch, warm and welcoming fireside and hot tub evenings, comfort and conveniently close to City Market and Granby... this felt like home away from home for my wife and our little ones! We absolutely loved it, and very much look forward to returning.

This condo was everything that was described. The location is great for access to Granby Ranch with an easy Ski in/Ski Out ability. The host is very responsive to any problems that arise and will check on guest periodically to make sure everything is going well with the stay. Very nice stay
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this location. They keep their facility very nice and hit has a phenomenal view of the valley. Also it is right next to the base lodge which is nice when you take a walk down. Tennis courts are right there as is the chair lift. Very comfortable stay and the owners are the best, so nice and very easy to work with . You will not be disappointed staying here. :)

Condo was even better in person!
We spend a long weekend in this lovely condo with my parents visiting from out of state and our small children. The condo was very comfortable and the location was perfect. The owner, Cheryn, was great to work with and even provided tips on how to get cheaper lift tickets. We had a blast skiing, hanging out in the hot tub, swimming, tubing in Fraser, and just spending quality time together. Highly recommend this unit as it surpassed our expectations and hope to stay here again in the future!

Skiing with friends
It was so nice with all the covid stuff going on to just be able to do it all online and see limited people on the trip. We could ski right up to the room basically and go in for lunch and take a break then get right back out on the slopes without having to kill a bunch of time driving. The room was clean and roomy for all of us to stay we enjoyed having the luxury of a full kitchen to be able to cook in. Thank you again it was nice to get away and relax for a few days.

Review of "Winter Wonderland at Granby Ranch" Hosts: Cheryn M-C & Dennis Our recent family ski trip to "Winter Wonderland at Granby Ranch" was an unforgettable experience. The location is perfectly situated for ski-in and ski-out access to the Granby Ranch Ski Resort, making it incredibly convenient for our family, especially with two children under 8. The hosts, Cheryn M-C and Dennis were outstanding in their hospitality. They always responded quickly to our questions and provided valuable information about the area. Their local sports and activities recommendations added a personal touch to our trip. Staying over the New Year's was a special highlight. The condo offered a prime viewing spot for the spectacular fireworks display by Granby Ski Resort, creating a magical New Year's Eve experience for our family. As for the condo itself, it was more than just a place to stay; it felt like a home away from home. It was fully stocked with everything needed, from kitchen essentials to cozy blankets, ensuring a comfortable and hassle-free stay.

A Slice of Heaven!
It could not have been a better weekend! This was my 7yo's sons first ski experience, and this condo made it perfect! A warm, welcoming condo that feels like a comfy t-Shirt. We were completely at ease- which made it so relaxing. The condo is clean, and tidy. The owners have thought of all the details to make it easy to stay. Plenty of cooking items and dish wear, lots of essentials like ice, seasonings, condiments and the like are on hand so you don't have to drag everything from home. We didn't want to leave, once we got into the condo as it was just right. It has the feeling of home...not a sterile commercial feel. you know you're staying at a place that the owners use and love, because it is set up for comfort. Furniture and beds was nice and well kept. Views are exceptional, easy to ski in and out of... and the Ski area is perfect for families. We will be back! Had to promise my son a return visit soon as he was sad to leave.

Beautiful views and peaceful setting
The Rainbow Connection Too condo is full of signs that its owners cherish it--family photos, comfortable furniture, and a warm feeling. Having two baths was helpful to our family, and we appreciated the nice towels. Cheryn was quick to communicate with us about any questions we had both beforehand and afterward; she even shared the location of some puzzles for our granddaughter to play with. We appreciated that kindness. The views from the living room windows is beautiful and peaceful, and we found good hikes nearby. While the hot tub in the master bedroom was clearly shown in the pictures, its presence right next to the bed still kind of surprised us. Especially when the filter kicked on in the middle of the night! We then followed instructions to power it off for our second night, and so had a quiet evening. One missing miniblind in the master bedroom nevertheless made sure we woke up when the sun was out. And the windows were difficult to open and close.
