Located just 20 minutes past Winter Park on highway 40, Granby Ranch is one of Colorado's best kept secrets. We chose this location due to the significant number of activities available year-round and the relaxing atmosphere due to the absence of large crowds found at the larger resorts. Guests will have access to everything that our home has to offer! Upgraded finishes, cozy furnishings, towels and linens. Parking for three vehicles is available in the large Mountainside parking area. A storage locker for ski and golf equipment is available for your use right outside the condo entrance. The kitchen, all living & sleeping areas and patio are available for your full use.
In addition, guests have access to the Inn at SilverCreek fitness center (5 minute drive), which features heated indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs, a fitness room and racquetball court that are available year-round with the purchase of a day pass. Passes are $5 / day for guests ages 12 and under, and $10 / day for everyone else.
Granby Ranch Lookout is one the premier properties within the Mountainside condo complex, which is nestled close to the base of the Granby Ranch Ski and Bike resort. This spacious home is newly remodeled and has 3 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom, 1 bathroom with a shower and everything you need to make your stay enjoyable including updated finishes, tasteful furniture, modern electronics and breathtaking views from every room. Perfect for families and large groups, this property can sleep 10 plus an additional child in the provided pack-n-play.
Free parking for 3 vehicles in the large Mountainside complex parking lot is included.
This luxurious home boasts easy access to the great amenities that Granby Ranch has to offer, including the community pool/hot tub and fitness center (the Inn at Silvercreek). The base lodge bar/restaurant and ski lift are also right down the slope. The condo includes a gas fireplace, spacious dining area, fully-equipped kitchen and open concept living area that provides ample room for your group to lounge. It’s warm, upgraded finishes and cozy furnishings provide a homey touch to this mountain getaway. A porch facing the ski hill provides space to relax and enjoy the beauty of your surroundings.
After a long day on the slopes, you will find convenient storage for your gear with a dedicated storage locker available for your use just outside the condo entrance. You can head to the Inn at SilverCreek to soak your sore muscles in the community hot tub and heated pool, or head inside the home and relax and enjoy your favorite show on one of the TVs.
Kitchen:
The kitchen has all you will need for preparing meals including full size appliances and kitchenware. Supplies for cooking and baking, some basic spices, place settings for 12, a drip coffee maker, coffee grinder, crock pot, blender and toaster and more are available for your use. There is a high chair/booster seat and dishes/utensils for the little ones.
Sleeping arrangements:
● Master (sleeps 2): features a king size bed desk / workstation area, and a TV
● Junior Suite (sleeps 2): Queen bed, TV, attached bathroom and views of the slope
● Bunk Room (sleeps 4): Access to the bunk room through the Junior Suite, separated by two large sliding barn doors. It includes a twin XL bunk, and a twin bed with a trundle. Note that the twin beds may not be a good fit for an adult.
● Dining room (sleeps 2): There a full-size Murphy bed in the dining area for extra sleeping space
