Stay with us and you will live and play in one of the most spacious properties Base Camp One has to offer. Ski, hike, bike, golf, swim, play, and explore here- or save big on lodging by staying in Granby and drive to Winter Park - just 20 minutes away!

We are located at the heart of the Granby Ranch Resort with slope-side access to the ski area and bike park just a few yards from the lift. This 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom condo has a spacious and open floor plan - perfect for entertaining.

Our guests will also be sent our one-of-a kind visitors guide with all the local secrets. Something our family created just for your family to enjoy Granby, Winter Park, Grand Lake, Rocky Mountain National Park, and all the fun little towns in-between!

For the self-catering holiday enthusiasts, our full kitchen is equipped with all the comforts of home. Enjoy relaxing and playing in the large recreational common area on the 1st floor directly below our condo. Ski lockers are provided on the first floor for easy storage and access to your equipment.

Granby Ranch Colorado, a four season retreat just 15 miles northwest of Winter Park & 22 miles south of Rocky Mountain National Park, offers year-round activities for everyone. The Ski Resort at Granby Ranch is comprised of two hills, 33 trails, 5 lifts and more than 25 km of maintained Nordic backcountry trails. This resort is perfect for families and groups looking for a ski vacation that encourages togetherness. During the spring, the snow melts revealing Granby Ranch's green slopes with extensive hiking and biking trails. Granby Ranch is a conservatory area where the elk & deer winter. No unit at Base Camp has an air-conditioner, but high in mountains none is needed. Open the windows when you arrive and enjoy the mountain air. Our property also has several fans for you to use.

In late spring Headwaters Golf Course opens with 18 holes incorporating mountains, wetlands, trees and meadows. Adjacent to the golf course, Granby Ranch now offers private fly fishing access or you can enjoy Colorado catch and release fishing just a few miles up the Fraser River. Whether you are looking for a vacation packed with activities such as skiing, golfing, fishing, hiking and biking or just a scenic relaxing getaway, Granby Ranch is the perfect vacation destination in any season!
......and even if you are NOT a sports enthusiast, Granby Ranch is for you. The mountains are on fire with color in the late summer, early fall of September. The mountain ASPENS exhibit every color of the season..green, orange, red and yellow. A true photographer's paradise!!!

Granby Ranch is located approx. 80 miles from Denver airport.
The shuttle is close by for the 20-minute trip to Winter Park as well to ski or snowmobile in Rocky Mountain National Park, which is only a 20-minute drive from our condo. Stop at Grand Lake for live theater and dinner.

Of all Base Camp condos, ours is the shortest distance to the slopes – a true ski-in and ski-out. With the largest deck of any condo, it looks right out onto the base of the mountain.

Additionally, our condo’s proximity to the elevator provides easy access to the heated underground garage (one space), garbage/recycling, and common fire pit.

Summer wedding
Perfect location for a family wedding at Granby Resort. The hosts were lovely to work with. The condo had a great floor plan and was spacious. Very nice for a large group. The apartment was spacious, comfortable, but outdated. We stayed in the Summer. The apartment may not have been stayed in recently. It was dusty, deck was dirty, minor maintenance problem, which the owner made right. Weather was very hot and we would have appreciated more fans to help with circulation. We would rent again because of the size, view and the wonderful (once we swept ) deck!

Condo was well stocked. Beds very comfortable. Location unbeatable. Parking awesome except for having to park extra vehicle two mile away. Everything worked. Stove door needs repaired. Had a little trouble with cleaning crew not stocking toilet paper and trash bags and no pool towels but owner took care of it. Overall good experience

This is our 2nd time staying in this unit and probably the 7th time at Base Camp 1. Beverly (owner) is great and the place is wonderful for our family with 2 kids and 2 parents. Would certainly stay here again!

Location, location, location - and comfort!
I can’t say enough great things about this experience! The condo is incredibly clean, comfortable and has a great layout for families. The extended balcony facing the lifts provides stunning views morning and night. The property manager is very responsive and helpful. We will definitely be back! Communication was clear and responses very quick throughout our stay. Beautiful condo in a beautiful location – highly recommend! FYI, only one vehicle is allowed in the parking garage. Not the condo owner’s decision, but something to be aware of nonetheless.

Best Place in Granby!
Our family skis in Granby each year and this is the BEST place we've stayed! The views are incredible and you're right next to the lifts which is awesome for our parents who decided not to ski but still wanted to watch the grandkids. We absolutely loved how clean and cozy this condo is.... the beds were incredibly comfortable and the bathrooms are spacious. Being able to house our ski gear in the provided lockers was awesome-no more hauling our gear up and down the mountain! The heated garage is such a luxury. It was lovely to be able to unload the car in the warmth of the garage instead of running in and out of the cold. As a mom with young kids, I loved being able to run back and forth from the condo if someone needed a snack or forgot sunscreen, etc. The host is excellent and provides a wealth of information upfront so you can make the most of your experience. This is the BEST trip we've had in Granby and this condo is the reason why....we've already booked it again next for next year!

Perfect location
This is the perfect location for a family with younger children at Grandby Ranch. Right off the lifts. We were able to ski and then come in and rest easily. The accommodation were great clean, well appointed, and spacious. We will definitely use condominium again

Great condo with no stairs!
We loved the layout of the condo. Each bedroom had its own bathroom. Great view from the deck and we appreciated the kitchen items. Restaurant next door was very good also.
