Great for Extended Family Vacation
This property was excellent for our extended family, plenty of room for everyone to sleep comfortably and spread out to do their own thing. Close to trails, the market, Granby and Grand Lake, and in the winter would be fantastic for a ski trip with kids.

Great Place to stay
The view from the back deck is awesome and we enjoyed lots of time out there. Although the kitchen was small, it was the best stocked kitchen of all the places we have rented over the years. I highly recommend this home.

Excellent stay!
Loved it. Would absolutely stay again! Beautiful home, very spacious and cozy. It did say a hot tub was listed in the description, but turned out its a pay spa located at the base of the ski area. A little bummed because we specifically booked thinking one was on the premesis, but not a problem!

Awesome place!

Perfect Location & Great Home
This home was in a perfect location for us. It was midway between the two places we snowmobiled and close enough to a small ski resort that we were able to fit in a day of skiing on our day off from snowmobiling. The home was spacious and well appointed. The kitchen was extremely well stocked with just about every tool you could possibly need. We would definitely stay here again should we be in the area and in need of this much space.

So spacious!
So much space for our group of 9...could have easily fit more people. Beautiful walks nearby, easy access to a grocery store, delightful gas fireplace in the family room. Would absolutely recommend and we hope to stay again!

Great stay in Granby!
This house was perfect for accomadating our golf trip. There were a handful of courses within close driving distance to the house, along with grocery stores, bars and restaurants. The house was clean and was exactly as described. There was plenty of space for our group. We would stay here again!

Absolutely stunning house that served all our needs. They have all the kitchen items you might need in addition to spices and condiments which was a wonderful perk that helped me a lot! Beds were comfy with thick, soft covers and pillows. Hot water kicked in quickly. Would not ask to change a thing.

Great house, great location.
House has great layout for multiple families with children. Location is great, only a 30 second drive to the base of Granby Ranch. Only issue was waste-high weeds and grass growing on the path to the front door that we had to walk through. For the price, you'd expect that would not be an issue. Other than that it was great.

Great weekend
Friends and I stayed at this property for a wedding at Grandview Ranch. The location was perfect, accommodations were clean and ample interview was lovely. The home manager was also available and accommodating. I would highly recommend this home and would not hesitate to stay there again.

Gorgeous house about a 6 min walk from the ski resort
Beautiful house with lots of space to chill with family and friends. Love the gas stove, close location to skiing and comfy beds! Only bummer is no hot tub on location.

Wonderful place
This house was exactly what we hoped it would be. Amazing views fro the living room and porch, comfortable beds, plenty of space for 3 families (11 people total) with all the kids in the bunk area downstairs. The kitchen was well stocked, though the dishwasher and oven were a little worse for the wear but worked perfectly fine. The garage was great to have and there are ski racks in there to store all your gear. Wonderful location less than a block from the ski hill, but far enough away to feel private. We also loved that the other houses weren't too close, so there was plenty of outside space to have the kids sled near the house. The house stayed nice and warm. Would definitely stay here again, and we plan to book another visit!

Its a beautiful property, house was supplied with ample dishes, seasonings, etc. We were there to celebrate my mother’s birthday and this place did not disappoint. They thought of everything. They have a book that has alot of useful information regarding the property and other things such as stores, transportations. The scenery is beautiful from every window in the home. Grandby itself is a very small town but Winterpark and Frasier are about 20 min from the house. I would recommend for anyone wanting a relaxing vacay

Family Gathering Place
Our family enjoyed our stay in this home as part of family Christmas getaway! The location of the home is beautiful, as is the home itself. The four bedrooms and bathrooms were well placed to allow no waiting lines for our large family gathering. The kitchen was well stocked with ample cooking utensils, plates and silverware. The condo had everything we could have ever needed - kitchen well stocked, plenty of bathroom towels, paper towels, toilet paper, extra chairs and truly anything you would need! It was a great home for a large family or family meeting location as we did. We highly recommend it and would stay there again.
