This group getaway in the heart of Granby Ranch offers luxe comfort and prime convenience close to year-round activities and recreation. Private home highlights include a hot tub, foosball, outdoor firepit, and a gorgeous gas fireplace in the family room. There's plenty of space for the whole family to spread out or enjoy time together - there's even a dedicated children's bunkroom filled with toys and games. The open-concept full kitchen is well-equipped to handle family-style meal prep. Additional home essentials include free WiFi and a private washer/dryer.

Granby Ranch community features include hiking and mountain biking trails, a scenic viewing gazebo, a seasonal ski lift, and a public golf course. Lake Granby is 12 miles up the road and Grand Lake is 20 miles away. Rocky Mountain National Park is accessible just a mile north of Grand Lake.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa's good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Trailers, campers, RVs, and boats cannot be parked on the property for more than 24 hours. All vehicles must be parked in the driveway overnight.
ATVs, dirt bikes, snowmobiles, and any other off-road motorized vehicles may not be driven on community roads or properties.
Outdoor lights should be turned off by 10 pm.
Guests must adhere to all county fire bans. Fireworks are never permitted.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 5 vehicles.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
