Granby Ranch Top Floor Ski In Ski Out Slopeside Retreat

Located in Granby Ranch at Base Camp One, 90 minutes from Denver, our slope side 2 bedroom 2 full bath condo sleeps 6 comfortably (queen bed in each room and a sleeper sofa in living room) and comes complete with a full sized kitchen, in unit washer and dryer, soaking tub, gas log fireplace, and a balcony where you can take in all of the sights and sounds of the slopes from the comfort of the top floor (elevators and luggage carts are available for your use).

This centrally located condo gives you access to the Granby Ranch skiing (walk out to the lifts), fly-fishing, biking, golf course, gym, pool, hot tub, and game room with ping pong table. All Granby Ranch amenities are available, though they do charge guest fees of $10 per person for day (ages under 8 are free).

Hiking trails, outdoor grills, propane fire ring, along with covered/heated parking for one car and bike/ski storage included with no additional fee.

Shuttle to Winter Park for additional skiing and activities from The Lift stop at City Market grocery store right down the road. Come enjoy a ski in/ski out mountain getaway minutes from Lake Granby, Grand Lake, Rocky Mountain National Park, Hot Sulphur Springs Resort, Snow Mountain Ranch, Devil's Thumb, and more!

This family oriented resort community offers onsite restaurant, bar, and live music seasonally and has all of the comfort of home with that 'get away from it all' feeling you've been looking for.

Available for use in unit: Pack-n-Play, Baby Booster seat with tray, sleds, and pool noodles.

Excellent location for an event at Granby Ranch - literally out the back door. Clean and well stocked with appropriate amenities. Excellent and timely communication and flexible on a specific request. Would definitely stay here again if we visit Granby.

We absolutely loved our stay at Carmen’s condo. The entire condo was chock full of upscale features, well decorated, clean, and has been well maintained. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. The condo is truly ski in/ski out which was SUPER convenient!!! Additionally, the locker for the skis located on the main floor was an unexpected perk!!! I did have to contact Carmen on two occasions with some questions and she made sure everything was taken care of without hesitation. If you are considering this condo, I would recommend it without hesitation!
