Granby Ranch 2-bedroom ski-in/out condo with easy access to all of Grand County

This two-bedroom/two-bathroom condo has ground-floor access and is right next to the Kicking Horse lift for super easy mountain access. The property features a master with a king bed and is ensuite. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds and an extra twin if needed for kids. The second bathroom is in the hallway by this bedroom. The kitchen/dining area/living room is open and perfect for family gatherings. In addition, the deck off the main living area has breathtaking views of the valley and comes with a private gas grill. The property comes with cable/wi-fi provided by Xfinity and a community hot tub is a few feet from the front door. There is ample outdoor/unassigned parking. This is the perfect spot for a family vacation no matter what the time of year as Granby Ranch offers not just skiing in the winter but mountain biking, golf, fishing, paddle boarding, and hiking outside of the ski season. The resort has summer concerts and events as well in the summer. This location is a short distance from the City Market in Granby for groceries, etc. In addition, it is a short drive to Grand Lake, Winter Park and Rocky Mountain National Park.

Things to note about the property:
- Renters have access to the Granby-Ranch Hall clubhouse down by the ski base for a $10 fee for anyone over 8 (8 & under are free). It gets you another hot tub, a year-round outdoor pool, foosball, ping pong, and a workout facility.
- If you're looking for other fun family-oriented activities, Snow Mountain Ranch - YMCA has an indoor pool, tubing, roller skating, pool tables, basketball courts, rock climbing, and more for a daily fee.

Pleasant, no frills
We had a pleasant stay at Michael's Granby condo. The location close to the community hot tub was a bonus. There was some confusion about the check-in code, but Michael was responsive. The condo was clean and had most of the essentials, though it was missing some basic kitchen items. Note: neighboor has a dog that barks when you approach the condo.
