Nice Place
This place is very comfortable and clean. The big fenced yard was very nice with the dogs. The bed in the master was very soft and comfortable. Overall, this is a very nice lake house that has plenty of room to get in and out with your boat or toys.

The lake house certainly did not disappoint! We had a wonderful time and enjoyed the lake front view with new renovations inside that make it great! We were told this side of the lake is a bit quieter, and I would say that is probably true. It is peaceful and enjoyable! The property is pretty close to downtown Lake Granbury with cute shops and nice wineries, etc. There are only a few small recommendations - keurig coffee maker but bring your own k-cups! Also, shampoo, conditioner and body wash were not fully provided so we ran into CVS quick for a few items, including paper plates and napkins but kitchen was beautiful and stocked with nearly all necessities! Lovely stay!

The property & house were absolutely beautiful. We needed a place to stay that was close to Tarleton State University so we could attended several music recitals/concerts my son was participating in. Pefect place to "kill" time between concerts. We caught several large catfish right off the back dock. Property was exactly as advertised and more. If we need a place to stay again in the area we will definitely stay here!

Great house on lake for family!
We enjoyed our stay at this house and wish we could’ve stayed longer. It was a quick 5 minute drive outside of Granbury. The AC was not working when we arrived Friday afternoon, but the property manager responded immediately and had it fixed by the time we got back from dinner that night. There were a few minor things we’d recommend to be added for future guests but overall had a nice visit!

Excellent Master Bed and Linens, wished we had brought some paper towels. Advertised as provided. None on property. If you stay be sure bring an umbrella no patio cover.
