Check in wasn’t easy. Received a WhatsApp message 45 min before check in requesting to complete personal info, ID and provide 100euro deposit. Host says it takes 14 days to return the deposit which wasn’t indicated on the description on Expedia. Better Instructions required to prepare guests that you need to complete check in using a data connection, smart phone and credit card number for deposit. Would have been nice if they can send the request 1 day earlier to complete this info beforehand. Also note that the link is only in Spanish which I do understand since we are in Tenerife (but a heads up would have been appreciated). Room was clean and enough towels provided. Well located and close to restaurants and services. Somewhat noisy as there is no AC (fan in the room) and therefore with the window opened you can hear everything outside. Also you do hear doors opening and closing. Plenty of parking available on the streets. Very close to Tenerife south Airport (15 min drive). Room served its purpose as we just need a place to stay for 1 night to catch an early morning flight

Nice room and bathroom, but soft bed. Room have view on atrium 5x5 m end there are several windows from other apartments arround. Below it is shared kitchen, which is ok, just when people are there it can be loud (if drinking, talking…)

Was very good value in a newly renovated small hotel. We only stayed one night. The communal kitchen looked great although we only used the refrigerator. Our only issue was that the room was hot. It wouldn’t have been a problem if we had a fan. A pedestal fan which could have been placed if front of the window would have made a huge difference and we would have given a 5 star rating. We purchased 2 small usb fans and placed one on each night table which made all the difference. I would recommend this room totally otherwise and hopefully the management will make this very small upgrade to an otherwise excellent facility.

Chouette logement, très bien situé, dans un quartier calme et près de la mer. Le personnel est amical. La propreté est à améliorer, il faudrait un service de nettoyage pendant le séjour. Et nous avions demandé du papier toilette et de nouveaux essuies mais nous n’avons rien reçu.

Hébergement très bien placé, à 15mn de aéroport Sud, proche des plages, assez facile de se garer dans la rue (on y était hors vacances scolaires) L'immeuble est neuf et propre mais assez mal isolé niveau sonore, si vous avez le sommeil léger vous risquez de mal dormir. Les chambres sont spacieuse ainsi que la salle de bain ( quelques rangements ou tablette seraient bien dans celle ci). La cuisine partager est très pratique. Shampoing/savon et bouteille d'eau à disposition à votre arrivée est bien agréable ! Dommage qu'il n'y ai pas un sèche cheveux. Je recommande ce logement !
