A real place in the sun, the apartment Casa Soleada. It is only about 300 meters from the sea and from the long and sandy beach of Playa Tejita. From the large terrace you have a beautiful view of the landscaped pool area (with an adult pool and children's pool), and a view of the sea and Mount Teide, Spain's highest mountain.
The apartment is very quiet, it is a wonderful place to relax. You can recover very well from there 'off' total from a stressful working day.

The Casa Soleada offers a cozy bedroom with a double bed. A cot is available on request. From the bedroom window you can enjoy the view of the pool and the sea.
The large living room offers plenty of space. A cozy sofa can be used as needed as a bed for a third person. The apartment has been completely refurbished with bright and tasteful furniture.
In the dining area, you can have breakfast together in the morning - the way to the kitchen is short. The kitchen has a granite countertop. The equipment is of high quality: There is an oven, an electric cooker with ceramic hob, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and kettle. Also, the kitchen is equipped with all the cooking utensils you need to spend a carefree holiday.
The bathroom has a bath with shower and bidet. There is another closet, where a washing machine is available to our guests, and there is an iron and ironing board, a vacuum cleaner and a small stock of cleaning products, if it is desired to wipe himself once.
Even for a long vacation, the apartment is ideally suited.

Schöne gepflegte Wohnanlage in Strandnähe
Die Wohnung ist gut geschnitten für zwei Personen, schöner Balkon Richtung Westen Top Lage zum Strand , der Shopping Center mit guten Restaurants, alles was man braucht Busstop vorm Haus , wir brauchten keinen Mietwagen , auch Taxistand vor der Tür Keine störendere Geräusche von Airport Leider etwas Renovierungsstau, soll aber bearbeitet werden

An excellent restful stay in this lovely apartment
We spent 4 weeks in the apartment and found it to be spotlessly clean, comfortable and extremely well equiped. The complex, pool and common areas are maintained to a very high standard. The beaches are just a few minutes walk away and the local shopping centre has a good selection of cafes, bars and a couple of restaurants. The bus stops are just outside the complex so getting about was easy. Yvonne couldn't be more helpful and we hope to be able to come again soon

Quelques remarques ci-dessous
On y est bien. Mais çà fait 3 ans qu'on vient dans cet appartement et les serviettes de toilette /plages n'ont pas changé : un renouvellement ne ferait pas de mal, elles sont plutôt minables ! Un seul bol pour le petit déjeuner, c'est difficile pour 2 ! Sinon, Swen répond vite s'il y a un problème, un mail et tout s'arrangé. Alors là prochaine fois, merci pour des serviettes neuves !

Great Location For Beach and Restaurants
The apartment was clean and comfortable. The washer was especially convenient to have. Playa de la Tejita beach is a short walk from the apartment and is a wide, clean and unspoiled beach. It is only to be avoided if you object to nudity on the beach. Also within a short walk is a small shopping center with a grocery store and several small restaurants. Within a 10 minute drive is the seaside town of Los Abrigos with many superior restaurants. We found access to the highway very easy for excursions to other parts of Tenerife. The swimming pool at the apartment was clean and inviting, but strange to say, there was no patio furniture,making sitting by the pool difficult. Altogether, it was an excellent choice, especially if you wish to avoid the noisy, crowded beach resort atmosphere. We would choose this apartment again.

Nice time near the beach
We had a nice time near the beach at Yvonne's apartment. She met us without any problem and gave keys. The location is quiet. The supermarket and restaurants are next to the apartment. Everything was like in description. We had absolutely everything at home. We definitely recommend you this place if you want to relax and enjoy the quietness.

Très beau logement
L appartement est très beau et il ne manque rien, à part un petit plat pour aller au four. Calme à cette époque, idéalement placé. Nous le louerons l année prochaine et pas un autre. Nous y étions trop bien. Merci au propriétaire.

Schöne Wohnung in schöner ruhiger Wohnanlage mit Pool - empfehlenswert
Bereits zum 2. Mal waren wir in der Wohnung Casa Soleada. Die Grösse und Ausstattung finden wir sehr gut. Das Bett dürfte jedoch aus unserer Sicht etwas breiter und weicher sein. Vom Balkon aus hat man eine schöne Sicht auf den Pool. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt. Jeden Morgen kommt der Gärtner/Hausmeister, kümmert sich um die Pflanzen und reinigt den Pool. Es gab so gut wie keine Ruhestörungen. Wir fanden es wieder einmal fantastisch, dort zu wohnen, nicht umsonst waren wir das 2. Mal dort und wenn wir wieder nach Teneriffa kommen, sicher auch das 3. Mal. Die Wohnanlage ist ja direkt gegenüber des Strandes, d.h. der Strand ist hinter dem kleinen Einkaufszentrum, welches erst vor knapp einem Jahr eröffnet hat und den Vorteil bringt, dass man zum Frühstück frische Brötchen/Brot in vielen Varianten sowie alles andere was man sonst so braucht, zu Fuss holen kann. Ebenso gibt es Cafes, diverse Restaurants und Bekleidungs- und Sportgeschäfte. Also, wir finden die Lage in La Tejita top und es könnte kaum besser sein. Nach El Medano müsste man jedoch mit dem Auto oder Bus fahren (Haltestelle vor der Wohnanlage) Insgesamt volle Punktzahl (5 Sterne) von uns! Grüsse aus Stuttgart

Bello e comodo l'appartamento,tutto come descritto e si vede nelle foto, pulizia sufficiente.Bella e grande anche la piscina. A circa 300 mt la lunga e bellissima spiaggia La Tejia ,ma purtroppo è sempre molto ventilata e secondo me,non adatta per i bambini. Comodo il piccolo supermarket e alcuni negozi fronte strada.Il residence si trova a circa 3 KM da EL MEDANO con tanti piccoli ristoranti/Pizzerie,vicino all'aereoporto e a circa 20/30 min. di auto da LOS CRISTIANOS e LAS AMERICA.Si consiglia il noleggio di un'auto. A chi piace stare in luogo tranquillo,consiglio questo appartamento. Saluti Giuseppe

Super Wohnung, sehr ruhige Lage, großer breiter feiner Strand
Wir (Familie mit 2 Mädchen, 4 und 8 Jahre) hatten die Wohnung in den Osterferien 2016 gemietet. Die Wohnung ist exakt wie beschrieben und erfüllte alle unsere Erwartungen bestens. Die 4-jährige schlief bei uns im Bett (wie immer) und die 8-jährige auf dem Klapp-Sofa. Durch die Lage im Innenbereich hat man Blick auf den Pool, das Meer, den Sombrero de Chasna (seit 3 Teneriffa-Urlauben unser Lieblingswanderziel) und natürlich den Teide. Vom Flughafen hört man absolut nichts. Wie immer hatten wir ein Auto, was auch empfehlenswert ist. Einen Parkplatz konnten wir immer dicht am Eingangsbereich finden. Einkaufen kann man sehr gut in dem großen Gewerbegebiet "Las Chafiras" an der TF-1 in ca. 5km Entfernung: Mercadona, Tankstellen, Textilgeschäfte, Chinatown; alles zu einheimischen Preisen in sehr großer Auswahl. Direkt gegenüber der Wohnanlage ist ein nicht zu kleiner Supermarkt, in dem man ebenfalls alles für den Tagesbedarf bekommt.

Schönes Apartment nahe El Maden
Buchung und Abwicklung vor Ort waren sehr unkompliziert und freundlich. Das Apartment liegt in einer sehr gepflegten Wohnanlage und ist top ausgestattet. Mit dem Auto erreicht man diverse Strände, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants in wenigen Minuten. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank!

A very pleasant place to stay!
The apartment was very clean, comfortable and well maintained. So convenient and close to the airport, but surprisingly very quiet and relaxing. It is only a few minutes walk to the golden sand bay of Playa Tejita - it must be the best beach on Tenerife. The gardens and pool area are very attractive, though the pool was still a bit chilly in February! Nearby small towns of El Medano and Los Abrigos have excellent restaurants and small supermarkets and a very nice relaxed atmosphere. There is no busy and noisy mass tourism here yet! We were welcomed by Yvonne who is very friendly, helpful and efficient. Our only complaint is that the wi-fi is not good. Reception is limited to one corner of the bedroom and, even there, the connection would last for only a few minutes. Everything else was perfect and I hope we will return many times in the future.

Erholung pur!
Nach 17 Tagen in dieser wunderschönen Anlage sind wir total begeistert. Es war alles so wie im Internet beschrieben. Wir sind mit strahlend blauem Himmel und einem tollen Blick zum Meer und Pool aufgewacht, die Wohnung ist toll ausgestattet und ein absoluter Traum. Ein großer Dank geht an Yvonne, für ihre tolle Betreuung vor Ort und die nette Schlüsselübergabe. Wir kommen im nächsten Jahr auf jeden Fall wieder!!! Viele Grüße aus Berlin von Klaus und Jana

Ruhige Ferienwohnung in bester Lage
Wir haben uns in der kleinen Anlage sehr wohlgefühlt, konnten in einem sauberen Apartment schlafen und leben und an einem gepflegten Pool in einem gemütlichen Ambiente entspannen. Der Service der Hausbetreuerin war sehr freundlich und unaufdringlich und wir fühlten uns auch im Vorfeld gut informiert. Außer ein paar kleinen Mücken draußen gab es überhaupt kein Kleingetier. Mit dem Leihwagen konnten wir von dieser schönen Basis die Insel erkunden oder einfach nur am Pool liegen. Wir haben es sehr genossen. Zwischen dem Meer und uns lag nur eine ruhige kleine Straße / Sackgasse. Das Meer konnten wir aber vom Balkon trotzdem gut sehen. Auch das Internet funktioniert gut. Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet - auch wenn wir meistens essen gegangen sind. Wir würden jederzeit wieder hier Urlaub machen, denn hier haben wir unsere wohlverdiente Ruhe gefunden.

Superschönes Apartment ganz nah zum Strand
Überschaubare relativ neue und moderne Anlage, die vor allem durch ihre Lage besticht: Fern ab der Touristenhochburgen und nicht im Hinterland, sondern tatsächlich ganz nah am Strand. Die Anlage ist aber sauber und gepflegt, sehr gut geeignet für Kinder, denen Wellen nichts ausmachen (es bläst oft kräftiger Wind!). Auch der Pool ist zum Baden absolut toll, man hat nur wenige Schritte von der Wohnung bis zum Pool. Der Pool ist direkt unterhalb des Balkons, was wir sehr schön vom Blick her gefunden haben. Auch das Meer und den Teide kann man vom Balkon sehen - man hat eigentlich alles im Blick. Das Internet über W-LAN hat zwar gut funktioniert, aber der Empfang war meist nur auf dem Balkon und im Wohnzimmer möglich. Wir finden, das der Preis für das Apartment absolut günstig ist. Wir waren sehr positiv überrascht von der Ausstattung. Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an wohl gefühlt und möchten uns nochmal bei Yvonne bedanken, die uns sehr herzlich begrüßt hat. Besonders überrascht hat uns die Qualität der Matratze: Wir haben schon oft Ferienwohnungen im südlichen Ausland gebucht, aber hatten nie eine so gute und bequem Matratze (wir haben Bandscheibenprobleme und haben hier super gut geschlafen!). Grundsätzlich sollte man sich einen Mietwagen nehmen, mit dem man überall schnell hinkommt. Wir kommen mit 100% Sicherheit wieder!

Hervorragende Unterkunft fern vom Massenrummel
Das Casa Soleada liegt in einer sehr gepflegten ruhigen Anlage und ist wunderbar, wenn man auf Teneriffa ganz nah am Meer und trotzdem ganz ruhig wohnen will. Wir haben alles so vorgefunden, wie beschrieben und die Absprachen mit dem Vermieter haben hervorragend geklappt. Unser Apartment war sehr sauber und hübsch ausgestattet. Nach dieser Erfahrung würden wir auf Teneriffa nirgendwo anders wohnen wollen. Gaanz toll: Die Wanderungen in den Bergen mit dem ev. Touristenpfarrer Gaaanz lecker: Das Essen in einem kleinen Fischrestaurant in Los Abrigos ist supergut! Auch sehr gut für Vegetarier geeignet und der Fisch ist ganz frisch.

Erholung PUR im Casa Soleada!
Wer einen wirklich Erholsamen Urlaub verbringen möchte, sollte das Casa Soleada nicht meiden. Wir hatten einen traumhaft schönes und sauberes Apartment mit Meerblick und direktem Blick zum Pool (abends ist der Pool sogar beleuchtet), in dem wir uns sehr wohl gefunden haben. Wenn man sich zum Sonnen auf den Balkon gelegt hat und sich vom Blubbern des Pools besudeln ließ war das für uns ein reiner Erholungstrip. Aber auch die Wohnung war sauber und ausreichend ausgestattet. Die ganze Anlage war sehr gepflegt. Fast Täglich sah man einen Gärtner der die ganze Aussenanlage und den Pool in einen sauberen und ordentlichen Zustand hielt. Auch für Familien mit Kind ist die Wohnung absolut top, man hat sein Kind auch vom Balkon aus immer im Blickfeld. Überzeugt haben uns auch die kurzen Wege: Wohnung-Pool= 1 Minute, Wohnung-Strand=2Minuten, Einkaufmöglichkeiten für Brot, Wurst und Getränke gibt es mehrere in der Nähe im nahegelegen Ort El Médano oder Los Abrigos. Möchte man etwas mehr Trubel, setzt man sich für kleines Geld in den Bus und fährt nach Playa de las Americas oder Los Cristianos. Alles im allem, sehr empfehlenswert. Wir fliegen sicher wieder hin!!!

Ein Traumurlaub geht zu Ende
Leider hat jeder Urlaub ein Ende. Nachdem wir nun seit 2 Tagen zurück sind in Deutschland, denken wir an einem traumhaften wunderschönen Urlaub zurück. Das Apartment ist sehr gut ausgestattet und die gesamte Anlage ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Der Pool ist direkt vor dem Balkon, abends wir der Pool beleuchtet. Wir haben abends den Blick genossen bei einer Flasche Wein. Auch der Blick zum Meer und in die Berge ist traumhaft schön. Wir hatten tolles Wetter, es war nur einige Tage etwas heiß - aber dafür ist man ja im Urlaub : ) Wir können das Apartment weiterempfehlen und kommen bestimmt irgendwann noch einmal wieder.

Danke für die schöne Zeit!
Die Wohnung hat unsere Erwartungen absolut übertroffen, tolle Lage am weitläufigem Strand, der Ausblick auf das Meer und den Montana Roja ist traumhaft schön. Es gibt viele Pflanzen und Blumen, ein werklich paradiesischer Garten. Alles ist sehr sauber, gut und mit einem ausgezeichnetem Geschmack gepflegt! Es ist alles für einen entspannten Urlaub in der näheren Umgebung vorhanden. Die Hausbetreuerin ist super nett und hilfsbereit, ich habe sofort wieder gebucht und auch meinen Freunden empfohlen! Danke für die unvergessliche Zeit!

Es war alles perfekt!
Das Apartment und die gesamte Anlage waren perfekt. Es war wie beschrieben alles vorhanden, was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub benötigt. Wir waren das erste Mal auf Teneriffa und es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Gerne kommen wir im nächsten Jahr wieder, und möchten uns hiermit noch einmal bei Sven und Yvonne für die nette Betreuung bedanken. Viele Grüße aus dem verregneten Bayern!
