The whole team was amazing and there to help us when my sister was sick for two days they were there to help us even the racy people were eager to help with purchasing medicine and goods for us. "I loved the location! Very walkable and felt safe. The staff, especially the breakfast ones, were awesome! The rooftop area was nice, but the hot tub didn’t have good jets. Elevators were quick and always available. We had one day with no water which really sucked but it’s not really the hotels fault. The beds were not very comfortable and there was a damn rooster waking us up super early but overall it was a great stay and a great price "

"The service was great, they are great with pets, truly pet friendly. Always willing to go the extra mile. The room didnt have a fridge and when I called, they sent one immediately. I had a health emergency and they did everything in their power to make sure i was taken care of. Overall great experience, only thing is that they dint have smart Tv's, i hope they get to upgrade their tvs really soon"
