Large apartment with capacity for nine people. It is comfortable and is located in the center of Granada area. It has garage in the own building with elevator. Central heating and air conditioning. Newly renovated and fully equipped with kitchen utensils. Realejo terrace with lovely views (Palacio Carlos V, Palas, Carmen de los Martires ...), Sierra Nevada. All rooms are exterior and with views, including the kitchen. center with all kinds of services. Bus stop (Alhambra connection) just outside the portal and taxi. Well connected to the main monuments of the city. Safe and quiet area. The views from the terrace are spectacular.

Beautiful apartment in a great location
The apartment is in a great location, has a wonderful view, and is close to shopping, restaurants, and transportation. My family enjoyed our stay and Fernando, our host, was amazing; he promptly met us at arrival, showed us around, and provided us with very useful information on interesting sites, excellent dining options, and taxi service. He really went above and beyond, I can’t thank him enough for his kindness.

Summer family vacation
Apartment has a very central location with bus stop stop in front of the building. We spent 10 days here 3adult and a teenager with plenty of space. Grocery stores, tapa bar on the corner (Spacio) excellent and walking to the main drag Was only a few minutes away. Would stay here once again. Thank you Fernando!

This apartment is conveniently located, well equipped and spacious. Fernando could not have been nicer and more efficient. He wanted to make sure we knew about all the wonderful things to see and do in Granada. We wished our stay could have been longer!

Granada visit
This was a great property - very cute and large by European standards. Fernando met us at the apartment and gave us tips for places to go and methods to get there. We mostly walked everywhere. We came to visit the La Alhambra and it was an easy walk there. We also walked to the Cathedral. There was a lot to see that was located very close to the apartment. Fernando was very nice. He didn’t speak much English (which we knew ahead of our arrival). Our daughter provided some translation with Google translator also helping. But overall we were able to communicate well. I would absolutely stay here again.

Spacious and Comfortable apartment.
Fernando was a gracious host and provided recommendations about town. The apartment was quite large, comfortable and a very good value. Very clean and modern with two bathrooms/showers. Elevator service was fast. Restaurants and cafes nearby.There is private parking. A 10-15 minute walk will get you to the center of town.

Clean, comfortable, close to the city center, and great communication with the host
Stayed here with a friend while celebrating a birthday--could have brought 8 other girlfriends! This apartment is on the 10th floor with gorgeous views of the monastery and the hillside. (The pictures don't do it justice.) Semana Santa was happening while we were there, and it was just a 10-minute walk to all of the processions, but far enough away that we could rest when we needed to rest without the noise. Fabulous coffee shop right next door. Parking is provided in the building. We definitely would come back--but next time with more friends!

Fantastic view, good beds, good location for bakery supermarket Nice half an hour walk to the Alhambra, Albaicín. You dont need a car and if you dont like walking there is a bus

Magnifique appartement bien situé et avec vues inoubliables
Nous avons adoré notre séjour à Grenade dans l'appartement. Bien situé, l'appartement est à deux pas du Centre historique, dans une zone résidentielle donc calme et très bien desservie (transports, commerces, restaurants,...) L'appartement est spacieux et confortable, avec la décoration est moderne et fonctionnelle. Fernando nous a accueilli en nous donnant beaucoup de bonnes adresses et de précieux conseils de visites (à Grenade et à l'extérieur). Enfin la présence d'un garage est très pratique. Il s'agit vraiment d'une adresse que nous recommandons.

Très satisfaisant
L'appartement est grand, lumineux et très fonctionnel. Surpris agréablement par la nombreuse vaisselle mise à notre disposition. La vue que l'on a de la salle à manger et du salon est superbe ; jour comme nuit. L'appartement est idéalement situé pour aller à pied au centre ville. Le gérant immobilier a été très sympathique et nous a fourni toutes les informations pratiques indispensables. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié.
