There is parking available if you need it. Price € 3 per day, so you can leave your vehicle and explore Granada on foot. It is a new and guarded public parking lot, with large parking spaces for any type of vehicle.
As for cleaning, you will find the apartment spotless upon arrival. I directly manage the apartment and take care of cleaning and maintenance.
In addition, this apartment has a tourism registration number, (unlike many others), which means that I pay taxes. If the registration number does not appear in the announcement of an apartment
that interests you, it is probably an illegal apartment (please do not support the fraudster).
