Cozy, airy and comfortable two-bedroom condo with four balconies overlooking a pedestrian street located just a 10 minute walk from The Alhambra and off the Alhambra Forest
The fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare your meals in case you don't feel like eating out. You can also do your laundry in the washer-dryer combo.
There’s a living / dining room combination with comfortable sofas, round table and TV… sounds ideal to relax after a long day sightseeing. Before that, you´ll probably like to have a hot shower in the four-piece bathroom.
Four people can sleep comfortably in the two bedrooms. One of them with a double bed (150cm x 200cm) and the other with two single beds (90cm x 200). Both bedrooms have a closet with lots of storage.
The “jewel of the Crown” is the shared terrace with awesome views of El Albayzin, La Alhambra and Sierra Elvira. Sunsets at Mirador de San Nicolás are said to be the most spectacular in Granada. Wait to see them from the shared terrace of Belvedere Condo.

Perfect Location
We really liked staying here. A little flavor of local life, comfortable lodgings and an incredible terrace and access to Alhambra. Also very convenient to every other tourist and gastronomic hot spot. Would come right back here next time in Granada.

Alhambra was basically out the door. The rooftop patio has a stunning view of Alhambra and the Old City. The suite was comfortable and large with many personal touches. The only concern would be that it would be cold in the winter. We were there mid October and even with the heating, it was chilly. Highly recommended.

Excellent apartment. Clean, updated and close to everything especially Alhambra. Common terrace with stunning views of Alhambra and Granada was perfect for morning coffee and evening glass of wine. Property management was attentive and gracious.

Great 2-Night Stay
We stayed in this apartment for 2 nights in order to visit the Alhambra and the historic city. Immaculately clean, extremely well-equipped kitchen, and wonderful location which allowed us to walk all over, including to the Alhambra. Would definitely stay again and would highly recommend to others.

We were very pleased with the property, clean, quiet, and had everything necessary for us. The best feature of this property is its location. It is central to everything and just feet away from the entrance to the Alhambra Forest. I would recommend it to everyone and would stay there again.

Really enjoyed Belvedere condo! The location is perfectly situated for visiting the Alhambra. It is clean, comfortable & within a short walk to the Alhambra & to downtown. It is perfectly described. The perfect VRBO experience
The apartment was lovely. Great location in a quiet neighborhood, blocks from the entrance to the Alhambra, and away from the intensity of the tourist area. And Carmen stayed inside in communication before and during the stay. Clearly focused on creating a positive experience for her guests.

Highly recommended! Right at the foot of the Alhambra forest, restaurants, groceries and artisan shops right at the doorstep. Stunning shared terrace atop the property with amazing sunset views and views of the Alhambra! Our host greeted us within seconds of arriving and the apartment is very charming, comfortable and had everything we needed. I would definitely return!

The property is immediately off the Alhambra forest and we can see the Alhambra Alcazaba from our balconies! It is within short walking distances to great restaurants, souvenir shops and markets. The property is very clean and has all the amenities a traveler needs away from home. The host, Asun, is excellent!! She went above and beyond to assist my mother who uses a walker. We will definitely come back here when we return to Granada next year and to stay much longer since we found such a wonderful flat!!

Excellent Location and Breathtaking Terrace
This apartment was very well situated, close to the entrance to the Alhambra and walking distance to many restaurants. Carmen was excellent to communicate with, she arranged parking for us outside of the historic centre, and the apartment was excellently presented with many added touches like restaurant suggestions. The kitchen was also well equipped. The rooftop terrace had outstanding views of the city and the Alhambra, definitely a place to enjoy a glass of wine after many hours of walking/touring. We would highly recommend, this was one of our favorite stays while touring Andalusia.

Amazing gem next to Alhambra
We have stayed in short term rental facilities all over europe. Sometimes you win and sometimes you do not. This property is most definitely a winner for all the right reasons. If you're visiting alhambra, This property is literally right at the base of the hill that takes you up there. The place was Stocked beautifully and has so much charm it's hard to describe. My wife was very impressed at all of the travel literature that was available there. If it is available do not hesitate to book this place. You will absolutely love it.

Nice apartment near Alhambra
The apartment is clean, comfortable and conveniently located in the old part of the city, just a 5 minute walk up the hill from Plaza Nueva. Here were able to easily catch the visitor tram to Alhambra. With several shops and restaurants nearby, we parked our car and navigated the area for two days on foot. There is a rooftop terrace, but unfortunately, the access door was locked. Thank you, Carmen for sharing your apartment with us.

Fabulous apartment near Alhambra
We had a magical stay at Carmen's apartment in Granada last week. We couldn't have imagined a better location. It was steps from Alhambra and there is a gorgeous shared terrace that you can have your morning coffee or evening cocktail that overlooks Alhambra and the entirety of Granada. It was amazing! The apartment was really well equipped, very clean, great kitchen for cooking, comfortable beds and nice bathroom. It was the perfect apartment for our time in Granada. I wish we could have stayed longer! Carmen and Asun were so easy to connect with when we arrived. Thanks for a wonderful stay!!!

Fantastic stay in Granada!
I was a little leary at first due to leaving the car in another part of town but turned out we couldn't have been happier! The old part of the city is fabulous and just a maze of streets everywhere! The apartment was just perfect and we cud see the Allahambra from the balcony! Awesome and Carmen was very responsive with every request! She left a book of instructions and references for restaurants and bus schedules! Was perfect and would stay there again should we return to Granada! A big thumbs up!!

Location, location, location
We really enjoyed our 2 week stay in Granada and the location of this apartment was perfect for us. We're not young and we managed the walk uphill to the Alhambra a total of four times. We loved that as soon as you walked outside the apartment, there was a buzz of something going on with several stores in Cuesta Gomerez itself. Within minutes you are at the Plaza Nueva where it is always lively and there are taxis and buses to get you anywhere you want to go for a really good price. It is also a short walk to the souk - which is a maze of colour and variety, of souvenir shops and eateries. The magnificent Cathedral is also just a short ten minute walk away. The apartment has a view of the Alhambra from every window and there is also a great view of it from the upper terrace and also the city itself. The apartment has all the amenities you need and is very comfortable all round. Last but not least, Asun was always contactable and very helpful with anything we needed. Would love to stay there again.

My two children and I rented this apartment for our two night trip to Granada. The location and apartment were as advertised! We were a short walk to both the Ahambrab and downtown Granada. The apartment was bigger than I expected and very comfortable. They even had milk in the fridge for my coffee! The apartment also has a beautiful rooftop patio with unbelievable sunset views. We loved our stay here and would recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Granada. The only challenge is getting there. They are up a steep cobble road. However it was a short walk and worth it for the location. The street is quiet at night and the air conditioning was a huge benefit after a hot day. The owner was great and very responsive and helpful. We would stay here again!

Lovely cozy place super convenient
Our family of four really loved this beautiful little apartment. Super convenient and amazing location - walkable to the Alhambra and walkable to the Plaza. This was a huge advantage. Despite the proximity the apartment doesn’t get street noise at night so you can get a good nights rest after a long day of exploring Granada. We were very happy to be here. Two full bedrooms and a good sized living room gave us some space to spread out. The master bedroom is a great size and the second room although smaller has enough space for two twin beds and was extremely comfortable for our two kids. Fully equipped kitchen with a washing machine. Terrace for drying clothes requires taking some stairs so just be mindful of that. We would love to come back and stay again! Thank you so much.

A Gem in Granada!
We loved this apartment! Not only was it attractive, spacious and comfortable, the location was perfect. We appreciated that the decor felt homey, like someone actually lived there. The many windows brought in lots of natural light. And they had shutters for complete darkness and privacy at night. The views were awesome, especially from the upper terrace. We brought up a bottle of wine and enjoyed the sunset over Granada. Heavenly! The other features we appreciated were the nice shower, very comfortable bed (a little small, but fine for us) and the washer/dryer combo. The dryer helped a lot for our short stay. The host Carmen was wonderful and very responsive. She has a very detailed book of suggestions and instructions, which we found helpful. We would absolutely stay there again! Thank you again for everything Carmen!
