Perfect base for visiting Granada & Albaicin!
My wife and I enjoyed everything about our stay in this apartment. It's cozy with a modern feel but also many comfortable details. The rooftop deck was beautiful. Asun was very helpful with both the checkin process and recommendations for tourist activities such as finding a great flamenco spot (Tablao Jardines de Zoraya). It was very fun to stay in the hillside, old-town Albaicin neighborhood! (if you're comfortable climbing up some hills to get home) A couple of nearby recommendations are 1) La Esquinita Argentina for beer, pizza & empanadas (a great takeout option); and 2) a bit farther away in Plaza Larga, Casa Pasteles Albayzin for breakfast/desayuno & coffee. Also note that the #32 mini-bus is a great option for transport to and from the apartment, town center and Alhambra. We loved staying here and hope to return soon!

Awesome apartment, but be prepared to walk uphill
This was a spacious and clean apartment with amazing rooftop balcony. The kitchen and common areas were equipped with everything we needed.The view from the rooftop was awesome. If you stay here, be prepared that you will need to do a lot of uphill walking to get here, and most taxis/ubers will not drop off/pick up right at the apartment. Please also note that the AC is not that strong.

Nous avons apprécié notre séjour. Le logement est petit mais fonctionnel et propre. La terasse avec sa vue sur l'Allambra est WOW ! Excellente communication avec l'hôte. L'immeuble est difficile à trouver mais c'est comme ça dans l'Albaicin, avec ses rues très étroites, mais charmantes. Attendez-vous à marcher dans les côtes, c'est situé en haut d'une colline ! Malgré tout, nous avons apprécié notre séjour.

2 semanas increíbles en el Albaicin
Nos encantó nuestra estancia de 2 semanas en el apartamento de Asunción. El apartamento estaba limpio, con cocina pequeña y funcional, cama muy cómoda, y una vista magnífica. Está ubicada en un buen lugar en el Albaicin cerca de una placeta y restaurantes. También, es muy fácil llegar al centro donde encontramos un supermercado Coviran en la calle Elvira. Es necesario poder caminar bien pero cada paso vale la pena. Gracias, Asun, por compartirlo con nosotros y por las sugerencias. Al volver a Granada, es seguro que nos quedaremos aquí.

Alhambra immer im Blick
Der Aufenthalt war wunderbar. Die Wohnung ist klein, gemütlich eingerichtet und funktional. Das Juwel ist die Terrasse mit Blick auf die Alhambra und die schneebedeckten Berge im Hintergrund. Das Quartier Albaicin ist sehr ausdrucksstark.

Both Asun and her property are top notch! The top floor terrace is a breathtaking spot to watch the sun set over the old town and the Alhambra. Asun is a first-rate communicator and she was always available for recommendations. We will always treasure our stay here.

Wunderschöne Lage mit Blick auf die Alhambra
In dem historischen Stadtviertel haben wir uns in der luxuriösen, voll modernisierten Wohnung sofort zuhause gefühlt. Der Blick von der Dachterasse ist so atemberaubend, und die Küche so angenehm eingerichtet, dass man fast nicht in die Stadt/ ein Restaurant zu gehen braucht ;) . Anfahrt mit PKW ist im verwinkelten Albaicin schwierig, wir haben uns für ein entferntes Parken auf einem kostenfreien Parkplatz mit 20 min Fußmarsch entschieden, für uns die richtige Lösung. Wir können diese Unterkunft nur weiter empfehlen.

Beautiful apartment in Albaycin overlooking the Alhambra
Gorgeous, well-decorated and well-appointment apartment overlooking the Alhambra. We had a great stay, and were centrally located for Semana Santa activities as well as everything else Granada has to offer. The beds were comfortable, the apartment larger than we expected, and Asun was really helpful. Prospective renters might want to note that we found driving in Albaycin challenging, due to very narrow streets, and needed to park down the hill. This wasn't a problem for us. Also, while the kitchen is very well equipped, the two burner stove and no oven makes it challenging to cook complicated meals. It was perfect for breakfast, lunch and some simple dinners.

Perfekte Ferienwohnung über den Dächern von albacin
Wir kamen in den Genuss Granada im Frühling zu erleben. Asun half uns mit der Parkplatzsituation und gab uns wertvolle Tipps für die Zeit in Granada. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr gut und stilvoll eingerichtet, es fehlte uns an nichts. Der absolute Traum ist jedoch die Dachterasse. Von dort hat man einen atemberaubenden Blick auf die Dächern von Granada bis hin zur Alhambra und Sierra Nevada.Wir konnten uns nicht satt sehen! Von der Ferienwohnung aus ist man schnell bei vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuss. Einfach ein perfekter Ort um Granada zu entdecken. Vielen lieben Dank an Asun. Liebe Grüße Sven und Claudia

Amazing location and apartment
Perfect place to stay if traveling to Granada. It is 5 minutes from San Miguel square where you can get excellent tapas. It is a 10 minute walk from the city center where most of the cultural sites are. From the apartment you can explore the Albaicin. Mirador San Nicholas is a short walk away to get great views of the Alhambra. The apartment also has an equally stunning view of the Alhambra from the rooftop if you want to enjoy a night at home. It's fully equipped with all amenities - a/c, tv, iron, laundry, kitchen, kitchen accessories. We've been traveling Europe for three months and this was the best stay yet!

Perfect location with amazing views
My family of 4 (2 adults and 11-yr-old twins) stayed here for several days. The location is ideal to easily access the majority of the sights. The apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood, with amazing views of Alhambra from the terrace. The natural light was lovely. The apartment itself was very clean, well decorated, and well equipped for our family. We had a fantastic time exploring the city, and welcomed a nice place to relax at the end of a busy day. Wish we had planned to stay longer. Asun was incredibly helpful with tips on restaurants and arranging an early AM taxi on our last day.

Excellent apartment and amazing patio view of Alhambra!
We just returned from a stay here, the apartment was exactly as described, it was clean, spacious, and the kitchen was well equipped. The location in the Albaicin is perfect for exploring Granada! Best room in the house is the top floor patio...the view of the Alhambra is incredible!! We had drinks out there, we cooked dinner in one night and ate on the patio...and breakfast on the patio...as the sunrises on the Alhambra is incredible! Asun was delightful to work with, had maps and recommendations for us on arrival and assisted with parking. Go to the pottery store across the lane, she has lovely work.

Freier Blick auf die Alhambra
Für einen erholsamen Aufenthalt in Granada ist diese Unterkunft im Altstadtviertel Albaicín ideal. Die Wohnung liegt ruhig in einer kleinen Gasse, durch die nur wenige Autos fahren. Umliegende Restaurants und auch kleine Lebensmittellädchen sind zu Fuß in 2-5 Minuten zu erreichen. Die Ausstattung ist stilvoll, Küchengegenstände vorhanden und bei Bedarf ist die Vermieterin schnell zu erreichen. Herrlich ist die zur Wohnung gehörende Dachterrasse mit freiem Blick auf die Alhambra. Die Wohnung ist für 2-4 Personen geeignet, zu zweit genügt die Nutzung des Doppelbetts im Schlafzimmer, wer mehr Platz braucht, kann das Sofa im Wohnzimmer zur Schlafcouch machen. Zu beachten ist lediglich, dass bei der Benutzung von zu vielen Elektrogeräten gleichzeitig ab und an mal die Sicherung rausfliegt. Die Erkundung der übrigen Stadtteile ist problemlos möglich. Ein Spaziergang in das moderne Granada dauert ca. 15 Minuten, man kann aber auch den Bus nehmen, der um die Ecke eine Haltestelle hat. Viel Spaß in dieser schönen Location wünscht Euch, Karin
