Excelente pousada com ótima localização no centro de Gramado, a uma quadra da rua coberta. Funcionários muito atenciosos e prestativos, limpeza impecável, cama não poderia ser mais confortável, ducha quente excelente. Pousada com boa aparência. Funcionários cordiais, pouco acolhedores. Café da manhã razoável. Não tem pratos à mostra disponíveis, o que te faz usar todos da mesa. O quarto tem um detalhe bastante inconveniente... ao entrar é preciso colocar o cartão da chave para ligar a luz, retirar o cartão para trancar a porta e em seguida posicionar o cartão novamente. O quarto não é espaçoso. O espelho do quarto fica posicionado de tal maneira que não é possível se olhar completamente. Cama confortável.
