Nice hotel just outside Gramado
We enjoyed this hotel because we did not pay for extras that we would not use. The rooms are clean. WIFI is included and easy to use. The included breakfast is typical for Brazil and most enjoyable. The hotel staff are very helpful, friendly and efficient. I compare this to a smaller version of a USA Hampton Inn or Holiday Inn Express with a Brazilian flare.

Hotel bem simples, acomodações bem econômicas. Não espere nada além do básico para dormir. Banheiro com vazamento no box e apertado, barulho da caldeira ligada. Aquecimento inconstante, banho frio em uma manhã.

Hotel bem simples típico de "beira de estrada".
Hotel 2 estrelas. Bem simples, tipico de "beira de estrada", com mobiliário e quartos antigos. Muita coisa estragada, com pouca ou nenhuma manutenção. Nenhuma modernidade nem mesmo TV com canais ou smart. Café da manhã bom mas simples. Funcionários se esforçam mas são poucos. Certamente e infelizmente, alguma coisa ou muitas vão te incomodar nesse hotel. Mas ele tem uma localização boa para ir aos parques Acquamotion e Snowland. Se conseguir diária barata e precisar apenas dormir, ele vale a pena.

Razoável. Quarto faltando itens, foi necessário solicitar (shampoo, papel, toalha). Quarto bom pra passar a noite, posar. Chuveiro bom, aquecimento no quarto e banheiro, porém a calefação do quarto estava fazendo barulho parecia de água. Café da manhã bom e pequeno ,porém demoravam para repor as coisas.

Quarto com roupas de cama limpa porém com bastante mofo espalhado pela cortina e pelo quarto. Café da manhã ok, sinal de internet pelo menos no quarto que fiquei era mínimo e não havia sinal de celular também na área. Com o valor que foi pago está ok, apenas a parte do mofo deixou a desejar.

O atendimento foi bem ruim, exceto das meninas do café. A cama é péssima, o quarto super apertado, o banheiro mal da pra entrar. O estacionamento coberto está sempre cheio, tem que deixar o carro na rua. A única coisa que é boa é a localização.
