My mattress had a large dent in. Breakfast was self service and someone had already sat at our table. No milk supplied for cereal, had to wash the used cup so I could have a drink. Nobody available to help. "

When I contacted them on another number, person there had no idea about my reservation. "Liked this old town property. Made you feel like you were a resident of Passau. Had two bedroom with kitchen. Master bedroom had quaint balcony. Located above a nice cafe'. They do not have a front desk so you need to check in at the cafe'. When checking out, they didn't seem to have the record that I prepaid on Orbitz, but all was worked out."
