"The apartment was conveniently located for our visiting purposes. The apartment was surprisingly large and had all needed appliances except for a washer and dryer. The apartment was extremely clean and I would stay here again in a heartbeat. As far as checking in, if my son did not live in the area ..."

Close to Garmisch. But, Garmisch is getting big and loosing it’s small town ambiance.

Grainau is very small, but it is next to Garmisch so there are a lot of dining and shopping options nearby. Grainau is a great place to stay to take advantage of the Zugspitze, Eibsee, etc.
