"I made reservations to stay at this hotel, and paid in full, over 2 months in advance. When I arrived at the hotel at 3:30 pm to check in and drop off our bags, they did not have our reservation. I had paper copies, and emails, showing that we had in fact reserved a room. The manager had zero interest in trying to solve the problem and told us he couldn’t help us and there were no rooms available. This was our first day in Europe after an overnight flight from the US. "We were pleasantly surprised that this place was even nicer than the photos. It was very well equipped with little extras and all you would need. A lovely private backyard space for your morning coffee or evening meal. Spacious, very clean, close to many hikes and places to see. The check in process was easy and communication always very friendly."

"If you like to hike, this is the place to be! It's a less than 10-minute walk to the Olympic Stadium and Gorge. There is a fabulous little cafe within the stadium and ski lifts. We dined at the restaurant in the hotel the first evening. It was rather expensive for 2 adults/3 kids, however, the buffet selection was AMAZING! We will definitely stay again!"
