Recently renovated and professionally designed, our space is perfect for families, friends, traveling teams, or anyone looking for a stylish, comfortable place to stay. The home features three spacious bedrooms and a fully renovated kitchen. The open-plan living and dining areas are perfect for relaxing and entertaining. Guests with pets and small kids will love our fully fenced in yard.
Our warm and gorgeously decorated home features three spacious bedrooms - 1) king bed, 2) king bed, and 3) twin bed. Step outside and you'll find a stunning deck front porch with swing and dining area. There's also a huge back yard, perfect for guests with pets or small kids.
The entire house is yours.

Our home is an easy walk to many of local favorites: Press Coffee + Crepes, Forgotten Road Ales, Fitzgerald and Faulkner cocktail bar, Little Brother Brewing, Whit’s Frozen Custard, Powercade Arcade and Bar, Graham Soda Shop, Luigi’s, Smokehouse at Steve’s, and The Graham Cinema, among others. The Graham Mill, a local wedding and event venue, is also just a short walk away! A central location just off the interstate, the house is minutes from Elon University (7 miles), downtown Burlington, Saxapahaw River Mill Village, LabCorp and the Tanger Outlets in Mebane. It is also about 30 minutes from Greensboro, Durham and Chapel Hill, under an hour to Raleigh, 20 minutes to Hillsborough. Enjoy hiking on the Haw River Trail or taking a kayak tour of the nearby Haw River. If traveling with kids, the Alamance Children’s Museum is a few blocks away and the Burlington City Park is a great spot with a playground, carousel, train rides, and a splash park for summer. Also very close to 4 different medical centers.
Please note that the driveway is shared with neighbor, so you can only part on the left part of the driveway in the back, which can hold up to 4 cars. If you need more parking there is free parking on the street.

To ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay for all guests, please review and adhere to the following house rules. Violations will result in additional charges.
→ Unauthorized Guests: $500 per unauthorized guest.
→ Unauthorized Pets: $300 per unauthorized pet.
→ Smoking Violation: $500 fee for smoking inside the unit or in non-designated areas.
→ Misuse of Hot Tub (if applicable): $300 fee (e.g., failure to follow usage guidelines, excessive debris, or damage).
→ Unauthorized Late Checkout: $300 fee if checkout extends beyond the designated time without prior approval.
→ Excessive Trash or Mess: $300 cleaning fee if the unit is left in an unsanitary or excessively messy condition.
→ Unauthorized Events, Gatherings, or Parties: $500 fee for hosting unapproved events.

→ We are a pet-friendly property! A non-refundable pet fee of $49 per stay applies, plus $19 per pet, per night to cover additional cleaning costs. Please ensure pets are well-behaved and do not cause damage to the property.
