"The property is very well kept and the surrounding is quiet and beautiful. Yet, the coffee machine and the hot water fountain were both out of service as they haven’t been descaled."

"I love this place - the only issue was the heater in the room would not regulate - it was a steady 79 degrees no matter how much we tried to lower the thermostat. We followed instructions but we could not lower it"

"Very convenient to stay close to family. The beds were comfortable. The AC kept turning off and was glitchy. We reached out to the property manager and let her know we got it figured out, however we never heard from her."

"Didn't like that no staff was available or reachable! Power out - no response. Check-in problems - no staff or response. Coffee maker quit - nobody to help us or to inform on site in the moment Reservations were a mess due to "responses" from Expedia (our booking service), VRBO, and "Hosteeva" - the last 2 of which we never used! Who is in charge and why are they not there? The system sucks."

"You need carpeting upstairs- the amount of stomping around at 530am over the weekend was frustrating. I also understand not serving food right now- however to expect guests to not eat in the comfort of their own rooms and expecting them to eat out in a common area but not serving food is a little hypocritical to be honest. The facility was nice, i liked being able to come and go as i pleased. "

"2 level condo is nice. A little tricky to find in the dark. Arrive in the daylight or get additional details than what’s on the “map” at check in."

"Overall a great stay - had plenty of bedrooms, everything we needed for our stay, and was perfectly quirky. The place wasn't perfectly clean, but it was also tough for a place that big. Some of the light switches also didn't work, but those are minor quibbles, it was a great stay."

Great hotel next to Dartmouth

"The hotel updated the gym - it's fantastic - and they serve great coffee in the lobby in the morning. This is a slow time of year, so the rates were the lowest I have seen in a couple years of traveling to the area. It's a lovely hotel next to campus, can't beat it."
