"I don’t usually leave reviews but this hotel was so incredible that I want to! The restaurant, for dinner, was some of the best food I’ve eaten in my life. The owners are so engaged and wonderful. The staff were so kind and helpful. The room was spotless, comfortable, and with the most amazing shower! Plus, I’m so glad we stayed in Grachen over Zermatt. "Great size rooms since it seems they have family rooms only (so you can stay 3-4 people to a room since each room has a couch that pulls out into an extra bed), a really nice spa, good service, amazing views of the mountains from all the rooms which is nice to go to bed/wake up to. The breakfast was ok, and the spa closed earlier than it said on their website (sometimes it closes at 9.30pm), but overall a very nice experience. Also the rooms have carpet floors which I'm not a fan of personally,...
