"Hotel's address in Hotels.com is WRONG!!! NO A/C in the rooms!!! We found woman's hair on the linens. The guy at the reception is nice but solves none of your problems so don't expect too much. Restaurant is expensive and staff is rude. Breakfast is very good and food at restaurant as well only thanks to the very nice guy in the kitchen and his wife we presume (only bright aspect of the hotel)."

Great place to stay but go to another country

"The host was wonderful. Without him the stay would have been difficult as it is a ridiculous country. Example is there was a two day holiday where all the stores were closed. I could not even buy a large bottle of water or snacks. The host gave me one of his personal bottles. The host helped arrange a taxi at local prices which saved me from having to negotiate with a driver. "

"Fantastic Stay – Highly Recommended! Rating: ★★★★★ We had an amazing holiday at this hotel. The place was beautiful, spotless, and located in a quiet, scenic area surrounded by mountains. The staff were outstanding—friendly, professional, and always greeted us with a smile. Their service was top-notch. The only downside was that our room’s hot tub was faulty. Maintenance kept coming in and out, which was disruptive. It would have been better if they’d moved us sooner. Eventually, we were given a new room with a working hot tub, which was lovely. One suggestion: add covered umbrellas over hot tubs for rainy days. We had to stay indoors for days because we couldn’t use it in the rain. Other than that, everything was perfect. Worth every penny! "

"Absolutely adorable location and hotel. The town itself gets busy during the day with more and more tours arriving, but as long as you discover the town in the morning and afternoon, and spend the day in Kotor or elsewhere, you’ll avoid the crowd and love this hotel. "

The bay view room was breathtaking, the spacious and well-appointed room was immaculate, and the staff was incredibly courteous and accommodating. The spa was a private oasis, and the complimentary water, fresh fruits, and delicious breakfast options were a delightful touch. The hotel's location, a pleasant 30-minute walk from Kotor City, offered a peaceful retreat while still being within easy reach of the city's attractions. With its personalized service and stunning setting, Forza Terra is highly recommended for those seeking a memorable stay in Kotor."
