"I rarely give a poor rating like this. But we were so disappointed in the hotel. We probably had the worst room in the hotel. It was on the top floor and the air conditioning just didn’t work. Our room was 80+ degrees at night. Not a comfortable temperature for sleeping. We asked each evening for them to please lower the temperature. It just didn’t happen.
