"Lovely place to stay in Graz. Very clean cosy and homely. Very well equipped. Very good communication with the owner. Very easy to find. My only complaint would be for a mirror in the bedrooms upstairs. Other than that a fantastic place to stay. Close to the city, we walked but can get a bus or tram. Within walking distance to a spar and Lidl. Thankyou for letting us stay in your lovely home "

"Patrick's place in Graz Old Town had pretty much all you would need for a home-away-from-home stay; the grocery store was also just around the corner. This was a very quiet place despite of the road work on the street where the apartment is. The new double-glass windows are very efficient for blocking sound from outside and also the other inhabitants were very quiet. The code-key lock was great!"

"The house is very complete and offers you all you might need. The pictures do not really show everything, it is much more. So absolutely a must-stay location! Some tips for the owner; better communication, sun shareds before the windows (especially the bed rooms on the front really get hot in the summer morning because of the sun), and many details need to be completed still (but we were not bothered at all). Over all we are very positive about the house and the location!"
