"Lava used to be my birthday trip and we decided to do it again after 6 yrs away. The hotel has changed names since we were there last but was still awesome.The staff were awesome.the lady that checked us in (Cindy I believe ??) was so accommodating and fun to chat with 10/10 will stay again !! "

"The staff was very friendly and accommodating, and the hotel is so close to Lava Hot Springs, we ended up walking there after we drove over and realized the parking was only a tiny bit closer than the hotel. The rooms are dated but very comfortable. We stayed in one of the motel – like buildings next to the main hotel."
