"Location and view were great. Renovating, so facility was compromised. Bathtub jets did not work and tub leaked and flooded bathroom floor. Wanted to call for service help to clean up, but phone did not work. Novice staff at front desk. Overall was good, but issues detracted from to rating."

I arranged for a direct transfer from the airport to the hotel and it was worth every penny after a long journey from Canada. The drivers who work with the hotel are amazing. "The property is well laid out, offering well maintained and comfortable areas for dining, swimming and exercise. Staff are well trained and are eager to assist. No issues there. However, the guest rooms are in need of some attention. "We have just left Ta Beppe and would absolutely return. The villa is beautiful and full of character and in a pretty, quiet area which is easy to travel to and from with a rented car. We all loved the pool area and the hosts were so incredibly friendly and helpful- nothing was too much.
