"Lovely staff and great location. Breakfast was very good, room was clean and tidy, only downside was the single beds. They were far too small, had to lay on my side and if rolled would fall out of the bed. Not very comfortable, but everythi g else was very good. "

"We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The room was comfortable, though rather warm for our taste. The staff were helpful and thoughtful, suggesting places to visit locally. The spa was closed and the lift out of action, which were both a little unfortunate."

"Stayed for a night in the annex where we had an upstairs room. It was spotless, the room was a good size, as was the bathroom. Our breakfast was excellent. Freshly cooked and served by a very pleasant young American lady. Will definitely stay again"

"We were on the second floor, the lift was clean and prompt, the room was clean and the bathroom clean. The shower was hot, but it felt as though one of the tiles on the wet room floor was a bit wobbly. Last time we had a bath, so next time we are going to ask for a bath. The breakfast was excellent and the complimentary snacks with our evening drink was a nice bonus. "Location is excellent. A quick walk to Oystermouth Castle and Oyster Bay. Restaurant menu is diverse and food is delicious. Staff is excellent. Many thanks to Arun and Josie and the rest of the staff who insured our stay was most enjoyable. "

"The friendliness and helpfulness of staff was outstanding. The check in/check out was efficient. The rooms were small but very, very comfortable and clean. Had a great night's sleep. The Swansea market and castle are nearby, shop are an easy few steps away, and there are some great eating options within walking distance. The on-site cafe, Cafe Lucia served great coffee and was a very comfortable, inviting venue. Would stay here again, if we ever get the opportunity to return to Swansea."

"We had two single rooms. I had asked for adjoining rooms, but that didn't happen. One room was on ground floor and the other on 2nd floor. Lift wasn't working so that was difficult as person I was with has mobility problems. Apart from that, a good stay. Breakfast good. Rooms clean and comfortable beds. Harvester next door which was handy. "
