"Property was not cleaned, had to clean myself. Trash was left in both bath bins. Had ants in kitchen. Strong pet odor in master bedroom caused my kids to sneeze and 1 kid had itching every day. Fridge had food in it and was dirty. Washer and dryer were both full with laundry. Couch has stains. As do the mattresses, pillows, box springs. Baseboards throughout the apartment were dirty. HVAC return vent was dirty. Left a day early because of the conditions."

"Had an absolute blast with our dog at the property. We really enjoyed sitting out on the patio and listening to the creek, as well as enjoying the hot tub during a chilly morning! "The location was perfect. The hosts Joe & Maggie were so very kind. The space was just perfect and so well appointed---- I even had a little Christmas tree! I had everything I need and a wonderful view. Because I was in the process of relocating my car was full, so the safety of the very private neighborhood was an absolute godsend! I really hope a home in this community comes available, so I can buy a home in Green River Highlands! Thank you for the hospitality"
