Enjoy convenient backyard access to Forest Service Land as well as a stretch of Maggie's Trail (#753) for hiking, mountain biking, and snowshoeing. In warm weather, fish the crystal clear, glacial waters of Camp Creek, visit Little Zigzag Falls where you can cool off on hot summer days, or grab lunch with a view at Timberline Lodge, just seven miles up the mountain. And when the snow is falling, visiting skiers can hit the slopes at the Summit Ski Area on the opposite side of town, or challenge the many runs at Timberline.

Government Camp is also home to a few restaurants and the Mt. Hood Brewing Company featuring brews and pub grub right at the end of your street. And when you get back, soak your muscles in the hot tub.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
