Super clean house with warm furnishings and nicely decorated. It has complete household utensils. has 3 floors. On the third floor 1 master suite, tv + 2 suites, tv and all with split and large balconies with stunning visual. On the second floor: toilet, large living room with home theater, Sky, WIFI, open concept kitchen, large balconies with barbecue and gas oven ind. , service area and complete pantry, including with brewery minus 7 degrees, 8 boxes. On the ground floor another large bedroom with 2 double beds, tv and split and a Lounge with balcony and comfortable furnishings, which extends to the beach and still a charming canoe for paddling. It has a garden full of native plants, fruit trees, vegetable gardens, flowers with the presence of toucans and other wild birds. in the middle of this stunning nature we have a special barbecue to make rib of ground and taste outdoors.
