At Big Bass Lake Community, the possibilities are endless, and the lifestyle is unparalleled. Because BBLC is a gated community, we will ask for the full names of the guests (even if just visiting) and fill out the entry form for you. This is a requirement to enter.

You may purchase access (Weekday $8 per person / Weekend $10 per person) to the amenities within the Big Bass Lake Community at Administration Office. Access gives you*:

✔ Big Bass Lake ClubHouse (3 minute drive, 18 minute walk) - outdoor pool, splash pad, a full basketball court, 4 tennis courts, 4 pickleball courts, a new tot lot, a volleyball area, the snack bar and activities room
✔ Big Bass Lake Beach (5 minute drive) - Spend some fun in the sun at Big Bass Lake Beach with our sandy beach and roped in swimming area with lifeguard. This facility offers a volleyball area, marina, boat rentals, picnic area with beverage vending, playground and bathhouse.
✔ Larsen Beach (6 minute drive) - This quiet sandy beach includes a roped in swimming area with a lifeguard, picnic area with beverage vending, playground and bathhouse.

★ IMPORTANT ABOUT BBLC ★
We are located inside of Big Bass Lake Community, a gated community that requires to fill out a Mandatory Rental Form for every guest staying overnight or visiting within your stay. We will fill this form for you at no charge. However, if names are not given within 2 days before your check-in period, guests will be charged (by the BBLC HOA via our channel) a fine of $150. This includes a name change or last minute added guest. If check-in is within 2 day period, disregard this. This is at no control from our staff. We want to provide a stress-free stay to avoid added costs to your next adventure.
Quiet hours:

Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm to 7 am, during which excessive noise is prohibited. Failure to comply with these rules may result in termination and incur security fees of $300 for the presence of a security officer.
