It was a clean, really comfortable, and quiet room. Looked like it had been renovated recently. It was a great stay for the quick overnight stop on my way back to Queensland from Victoria.

Positive: The room was incredibly clean. Negative: there was a huge amount of noise on the roof all night. As if something very large and heavy was being dragged across. The walls are also very thin, I could hear the people next door simply moving coat hangers across in their wardrobe.

Don’t be fooled by the not-so-inspiring outside facade of the property. Our 2-room unit was clean, comfortable and spacious. It even has a bath tub! Perfect home-away-fr-home for my family of 5. Supermarket was within 5mins walk fr property. Super convenient!

The building is old and tired on the exterior. However, the large family suite was clean, tidy and very roomy. Perfect for our family weekend away. Close to the beautiful park and town centre.

Good stop for a night or two. Bit pricey mid week for what the room is, especially with only one person staying. Could do with a screen or curtain around the shower so water doesn’t go everywhere, fan in bathroom needed a good dust (had cobwebs). I had no Data reception and there wasn’t any free WiFi, so no mobile phone connection. No in room phone to call reception if needed/have questions. No spare toilet roll, and only a little paper left on the toilet roll when I arrived exhaustively after my 11 hour drive from the Gold Coast. In arrival the receptionist wasn’t exactly welcoming! I could elaborate, but I’ve just arrived home in Victoria and it’s been a very long two days. Next time I’ll stay elsewhere.

We've stayed here a couple of times now, our preferred stopover on the drive from Melbourne to Sydney. First time we've stayed on the upper level - slightly smaller room than the ground floor suites and only one sink (i.e. to serve both the bathroom and the kitchenette). But overall great value as always, comfortable beds, good parking, quiet location, walking distance from the supermarket and main shopping strip. With the inclusion of a mini fridge, microwave, kettle, and some basic cutlery and cups/glasses, and tea/coffee, it's a perfect base for a short trip or stopover. Staff are always accommodating with later check-in times too. Look forward to our next visit!
