"Disappointed. We were not aware that the owners had four large, boisterous dogs one of which was very aggressive. The facilities were basic. We were surprised that we had to light an antiquated boiler each time in order to obtain hot water. There was no WiFi connection. Although the property was described as being in Concarneau, it was some distance from the town. "A friendly welcome by the owner including a complimentary basket. The house is perfect for a short stay and is very well furnished to a high standard as well as being very comfortable and welcoming. The local beach is 2 minutes walk away and is great for bathing and water sports (surfing, windsurfing etc...). There is also a good seafood restaurant very close by. We would stay again without hesitation. The only improvement we can suggest would be the inclusion of wi-fi."

"We had a great family stay here in Pentrez. It really is an amazing location and view and we never tired of looking out over the beautiful beach - helped by 7 days of warm sunny weather! Our group of 9 had plenty of room and the house is well eqipped. Fresh croissants and baguette each morning on the balcony overlooking the sea - heaven!"

"There was a problem with the linen and towels as the English site said there were included but when the french contract arrived it said there was a fee per room. This has now been rectified. The website doesn’t make it clear that the fourth bedroom is completely separate. You have to go outside and down a steep slippery slope to access it. It’s partly underground and smelt damp and musty. It’s a shame there wasn’t a connecting staircase from within the main body off the house. The main house...

"A wonderful holiday. Francois was a very attentive host, advised us of local events and checked we were having a lovely holiday. Would stay there again. "We really enjoyed our stay in this cottage, which is located in beautiful countryside but not too remote. It is very comfortable and well- equipped. The owner, Olivier, lives next door and is very friendly and helpful. Quimper is a lovely, small city and is only 15-20 minutes away in the car. We would love to return here. Highly recommended."
